This was the worse laptop ever. It didn't work from day one had to send it back and fight to get it fixed it would power on then just shut down and not come back on. Finally they so called fixed it and it ran so slow and always hung up. I thought hp was really good but they aren't cause I got an HP printer and it only worked about 3 months and quit working to. I'll never ever ever buy another HP brand anything. HP is expensive and both items the laptop and printer stopped even working before 3 months of use. I don't recommend HP to anyone anymore and now I see why they had the big lawsuit over cheating customers with their printers. ... show more

Came in good condition but definitely not a great computer for school. You can’t access much on chrome’s so I would recommend if your going to school get a none Chromebook computer.
