I use these regularly for water exercise and they are easy to use and provide me with just the right amout of resistance. I like that the foam is not porous and does not hold water so they dry out quickly. I especially like the size of the handles which are made for a smaller hand grip and easy to hang onto without tensing up your forearms too much.
