Description

Howard Orange Oil Wood Polish has been using the polishing power of real orange oil to gently clean and polish wood finishes for over 35 years. Orange essence oils are derived from the rind of the orange and have excellent cleaning and polishing properties. These special oils, blended with a highly refined mineral oil, enhance the depth and bring out the natural beauty of the wood grain. Howard Orange Oil can be used on all wood surfaces including antiques, furniture, and kitchen cabinets without drying the wood finish like many other wood cleaners. Does not contain silicone or linseed oil.

This is a wonderful treatment for wood - kitchen cabinets, furniture, cutting boards, all the wood you can find. With natural orange oil it restores all your wood surfaces that lasts and lasts. The orange oil goes on oily but quickly is absorbed by the wood leaving a very natural satin finish. Very much like new! Since my family is so busy, I only dust and do deep cleaning four times a year. I just do not have the time to do it more often. The first week of this past August, I used this orange oil for the first time. I used it on the hardwood floors, the furniture (inside and out), the light fixtures, and any iron railing or door knobs. It is amazing how it repels dust. This week is the first time I have seen dust just start to appear on some of the furniture. But usually, within a week dust begin to appear. So, I am very happy with how it repels dust. If you have real hardwood, it works great on it. If you have engineered hardwood, it does not work as well as I had hoped. My stairs are real wood, so I will be using it again on them, but the rest of my floors are engineering hardwood. The oil just sits on top of the wood. It looks great, but it was very slippery and the oil transferred to our feet, socks, shoes, etc. Next time when I clean the floors, after I clean them I am going to try beeswax to give them a shine. As for everything else, I will use the orange oil again. ... show more

I was hoping it would get the chair a little cleaner. It as an old antique chair, and not as much caked on dirt (stale smoke residue) came off. It did brighten it and oil soaked in quickly and didn’t leave arm area greasy. Just wish it had come cleaner.
