This book outlines an outstanding system for real estate investors. I have been in business for myself for many years and am presently in the process of selling a business and looking at semi-retirement. I am not ready to fully retire (and doubt I ever will be) so I've been researching various real estate investment strategies and feel as though this methodology fits perfectly into my plans. This book is to the point and I believe it would be a worthy read for anyone that is researching or already involved in real estate investing.
