I would say this is very basic for people who are looking to delve into commercial real estate. My main problem is all the time spent cheerleading. I think they could save about 25% of the book by not doing this. However, this book is very informative and I am glad that I bought it. It is a good book to get just a little more than a general grasp of all the things that are involved. I feel it over promises in relation to the title. Many things are not included. But it will put you in a better position because you will know of more of the mechanics involved.
