I’ve been using this HOVSCO e-bike for a few weeks now, and it’s been great so far. The motor has plenty of power, especially in the higher speed mode, and it handles hills much better than I expected. The fat tires and dual suspension make the ride comfortable even on rough trails. The battery life has been solid. I’m not getting the full 65 miles, but I do get more than enough for my daily rides without worrying about running out. The display is easy to read, and the app is a nice bonus for tracking rides. Overall, it feels well-built and stable. For the price, I’m impressed with the performance and features. Would recommend to anyone looking for a strong off-road e-bike.

The media could not be loaded. Bought two of these e-bikes for my husband and I to have matching bikes. Received 2 different bikes… different suspension, from light, seats, batteries, bike style, tires different brands and sizes. My bike has an issue with the gears changing, when it’s in 7 it grinds and doesn’t switch all the way to 1. My husband’s bike only switches between gears 3-5, makes strange grinding sounds in the front tire, squeeks whenever in motion, and after accepting all these flaws and trying to live with the bike, rode a total of 51 miles and then the motor stopped. It is fully charged, makes a sound like it’s trying to move, but doesn’t do anything. Very dissapointed with this purchase. I’m not sure if we need to return just my husband’s bike, or both of them! I will update review after receiving a resolution. We received these bikes on December 11th, filed the complaint on December 21st, and still going back and forth with seller. Was supposed to have received a return label with 48 hours, but today being the 23rd we haven’t received one yet.

The bike I received looks like it came from the bargain bin. Bent parts, dents, scratches, the crank wheel isn’t in round, the bracket under the seat doesn’t line up, and the seat has a permanent indentation. The shipping box wasn’t damaged and the parts were all wrapped, so seems it was packaged with these imperfections. It seems to run fine, but the quality detracts from the excitement of having a brand new bike. Really disappointing.

She’s fast! I’m over 200lbs and she has no issue hauling me uphill at above the speed limit in my residential neighborhood. Only complaint is why do they ship ‘em in a manner that you have to install the front wheel ?? Seat and handlebars, sure. But the front wheel…. Love it !

The media could not be loaded. Just unboxed my HOVSCO e-bike last week, and I'm absolutely blown away by what this machine can do. As someone who commutes daily through a hilly neighborhood and loves weekend trail riding, this has been nothing short of revolutionary. Let me start with the 1500W peak motor - it's an absolute beast! The first time I tackled the steep hill near my house, I expected some struggle like with my previous e-bike. But to my amazement, this thing powered up like it was nothing. The acceleration is incredibly smooth yet powerful, and when I finally tested the 32MPH top speed on an empty country road, the feeling was pure exhilaration. It's not just fast - it maintains stability and control even at higher speeds. The 20"x4.0" fat tires are another game-changer. I've taken this through gravel paths, muddy trails, and even some light snow, and the grip is phenomenal. What really impressed me was how they handled loose sand - something that would have stranded my previous bike. Combined with the dual suspension system, the ride feels like floating on clouds. I literally rode over bumps and roots that would have jarred my bones before, and barely felt a thing! The hydraulic brakes deserve special mention too. Coming down a particularly steep, rocky trail last weekend, I had to brake suddenly when a deer crossed my path. The stopping power was instant and controlled - no skidding, no drama. That incident alone made me appreciate the quality of these brakes. Battery life has been solid with the 48V 15AH battery. My daily commute is about 15 miles round trip with some decent hills, and I'm getting 2-3 days between charges using pedal assist at medium levels. Even when I've been throttle-happy on the trails, it's never left me stranded. Little things matter too - the display is clear and easy to read even in sunlight, the controls are intuitive, and the build quality feels premium throughout. My only minor complaint was the seat, which I swapped out for a more comfortable one, but that's just personal preference.
