I am very pleased with this purchase I use it frequently to travel with my two cats. I place the heavier larger one on the bottom and the smaller lighter one on the top. It has held up great. My only recommendation would be to add a strap in future designs to add in use of seatbelting in the car.

I love this item so much. Sturdy enough to carry my two cats, and it’s great for a small apartment because you can collapse it down for easy storage. Comfortable to carry them around. My cats had a vet appointment the other day so I used it for the first time. I received so many comments on how cool it was. Each of my cats is almost 10lbs so it’s much easier carrying them as a backpack than on my side. And there was no sagging from the top section.

I got this double decker for a road trip with the girls, my initial decision was based on saving space and being practical but all 5 cats have been in it and they like it, though it may be too small when fitting a chonk-Kat when in a two level mode (as seen on the first pic). Black kitty on top leve is a 12 lb loaf and fits in snug, the other cats fit in comfortably with some leg space cuz they smaller gals. Also, it holds nicely, though I did notice a slight cave in on the top corners with big boi there but it’s not for him.
