I received the item today and assembled it right away; it went much faster and easier than I expected. I imagine it would be significantly easier to do with two people rather then attempting it alone. I purchased the XXL size for my 93 pound Border Collie. I'm very pleased because the sizing is generous and the overall fit looks great. The packaging was excellent, and I was initially puzzled to find a tape measure included, I later realized-along with the spare parts-that it was a complimentary bonus gift. During assembly, I felt that having two people would be beneficial; specifically connecting the poles requires a fair amount of force to ensure they are pushed all the way into their sockets. Additionally, when zipping up the enclosure to complete the setup, it is much smoother and easier if two people pull the fabric taut together. The quality is truly outstanding for the price point. My dog dislikes overly soft bedding, so I removed the included cushion and replaced it with a rug we had been using previously. I was worried that my dog might feel confined and refuse to go inside, but the interior turned out to be much more spacious than I anticipated; he can even turn around naturally inside, so I am extremely satisfied. I was particularly happy that my dog didn't show any signs of discomfort right from the very start. If you are currently looking for a sleeping space for large dog, I highly recommend this product as an excellent value-for-money option. Thank you for reading my review.

Both our Dog and cat love the dog house! It is a cosy little space of their own. I would definitely recommend it, it is very sturdy, pet-friendly, safe, mobility from room to room and easy to assemble with 2 people.

We bought this for our 3 month-old weimaraner puppy. She is getting adjusted to sleeping in this at night. I wish the material on the bottom mattress pad and the house itself was a little tougher as she wants to chew it. This is why I gave it a four star rating. The softness is nice but if she can get beyond the chewing stage so that it lasts I will change it to a five star rating. We are hoping that she will grow to love this house and just go in this to sleep at night. It was very easy for my husband to assemble and it fits great in the space in our bedroom. It is roomy enough for her to grow into it.

Dogs love to chill in here during the day and during storms.. I’m gonna have to buy another one so they don’t fight over it. Good quality, a cinch to setup and perfect size! I would put a blanket or something in it because one of my dogs likes to dig and the cushion that comes with it ends up leaving little pieces of cotton but no biggie.

Great. My dogs love it. Easy to clean. Fabric just stretches and zips over a cheap pvc frame. Lightweight and easy. I bought the XL and a small infants waterproof bed fits perfect and i can change out the mattress bedding easier with fitted sheets. You may have to reenforce the doorway entrance lower corners - those tend to wear down and bust a seam. I just sewed on automotive / outdoor canvas i had over it as a patch

This is a fantastic dog hideaway, especially for the price. What I like most about it is that it’s lightweight so we can move it from room to room without having bulky crates everywhere. This is obviously not for containment but rather to give your pet a place to relax while feeling safe and cozy. The material is just thick enough to create a dark space on the inside so they can nap in the middle of the day without it being too bright. I presume it also keeps them free of drafts so it probably is a lot warmer than a crate with metal bars. We put a heated blanket in ours so our dogs are super cozy, and both of our 25 pound dogs can lay it at the same time (Frenchie & Boston Terrier). It was also super easy to put together, which I love. And we can bring it with us on vacation whereas lugging a regular crate up the stairs when we go to our beach house rental is a real pain. This is the perfect travel crate to bring a piece of home for our dogs beyond just their dog beds. Excellent buy.

My dog, Richard, loves his new indoor dog house. When he lays down in it and closes his eyes, you know you’re gonna start to hear snoring within the next 5 minutes. I’ve laid down in it with him a couple times with my legs hanging out and it’s also given me great sleep. I love this thing. The foam is standard and the material is a little thin, but that doesn’t really keep it from reducing noise, keeping out light, or keeping enough heat in to keep it cozy. It’s also pretty cute in our living space. I’ve seen a couple of reviews talking about getting one of these for their children, I see see why now. Just make sure that either they’re supervised in it or can understand that they cannot climb on top of it. While it’s sturdy enough for what it is, it really isn’t made to bare any weight. My dogs haven’t tried to climb it at all to my knowledge. Assembly was pretty easy, and they sent extra parts. Just make sure to look at the directions before opening the different parts. Side note… my smaller dog, a 20 pound terrier, was horrified by this things existence when it first arrived, but has since gotten used to it after she saw me laying down in it a few times. Overall, it’s definitely worth the money!
