My daughter is 11yo and was super excited to ride this one because it had lights and blue tooth capabilities. I noticed early on that it didn't hold the charge as long as her last one but she was still able to ride it and she liked it. However mid February it stopped working all together and unfortunately I have missed the deadline to get a replacement. I'm not sure if the seller or the manufacturer will honor a replacement. I'm also wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what they have done to fix it or did you just decide to trash it? Please let me know because my daughter loved her hoverboard and is disappointed that she's been unable to ride it for over a month.

Product took a few tries but customer service is 5 stars! The first we got had a wonky wheel, sent back through Amazon and got a replacement with a broken fender and another wonky wheel. Amazon couldn't replace again so put me in touch with the manufacturer who communicated well and got me a functional replacement. Took some time but 6yo daughter loves her birthday present! We got the seat attachment so it's safer and she's zooming around. Great size, we have the same for our 8 year old son and he loves his too.

The media could not be loaded. it was a gift for my daughter and we had another one at home for her brother. In this way, they stopped fighting over it. They started to ride hoverboards in the last 2 years. It helped them to improve their balance. I can observe also they started to do it as a reflex which will be helpful for them in the future to learn other sports. They learned easily skating and I am planning to bring them skiing this winter. I recommend people learn to ride it on the soft places at the beginning. I might cause injuries. My kids were riding at home or garage at the beginning and a few weeks later I let them ride at outside. They like having this toy and think it is cool to be able to ride it. I like this brand`s color and shape. My daughter likes unicorns like colorful things. its charge goes well enough and it is sturdy.
