  • Love these—a new grocery staple!
Love these, delicious and has become a staple in our home. The quality, flavor, texture, thickness are great. They don't crumble, get a good crisp and crust to them, and hold ingredients really well.

  • Sooo goood!
It's a staple for gluten free pizza lovers. Beyond that, it can baked as a flat bread with infinite combinations and possibilities. The crust holds up after baking, has a bread-y texture and flavor. Nutritionally, you can't beat that it's actually made from chickpeas!

  • by far the best gluten free pizza crust

  • A delicious higher protein crust
I always purchase a few of these whenever I see them in whole foods. I'm not gluten-free but I do try to buy products that won't cause as drastic of sugar spikes. I think Banza is a fantastic brand that only adds necessary ingredients. Plus, their products still manage to taste great!

  • Grain-free vegan pizza crust ready-made!
Thank you for making a grain-free, vegan pizza crust that is ready-made! So much better and easier than the mixes available. It's always great to find a niche product that tastes good!

  • Beware if watching your waistline
Pros: Tastes great, texture is good as well. Holds toppings well. Cons: Not sure how healthy I'd consider this given the use of both cocoa butter AND olive oil. I definitely noticed the scales move when I had this for lunch a couple days in a row, and it wasn't the toppings.

  • GF, almond and egg FREE option, thank you!
My kids are doing a food sensitivity reset and cannot have gluten, almonds (which makes avoiding gluten in GF products tough), plus cannot have cow dairy or eggs. Que mom struggles. I was thrilled to find these. They’re a great value with two per package, get nice and crispy like a cauliflower crust would be and have hands down been a great option for me to use for meal times. I fire these up in the oven with my garlic pasta sauce and one they’re baked crispy, I top with truffle burrata. They help me conquer lunches and are delicious. ... show more

  • Use This Crust For Amazing Pizza. But Don't Stop There.
I add salt to make it taste better. I'm glad I have the option to add my own salt. Besides pizza, you can make all kinds of things with this crust. I've used it like bread for melted cheese sandwiches and as a tortilla for tostadas. Or cut 1 raw crust into 4 pieces. Pop it into the toaster!! Much easier, faster, and less to clean up then using a toaster oven. Use the same toppings that you would use for bread. I make sesame seed butter/cherry apple butter sandwiches this way and they are amazing! Also, you can get 2 crusts out of 1. It has to be warm for this to work and you must use a flat surface. Think of the crust as 2 layers attached at the edge. Slowly and carefully, insert a long, sharp knife in between the layers to separate. They come apart quite easily. It's harder to get a clean, even cut through the edges. Usually one layer will be intact. You can use that layer on the bottom for a double layer pizza or whatever. I hope they go on sale soon!! ... show more
