When I received the seat, the metal screws and components were rusty. Not just a little rusty, but fully corroded. I’m going to have to send it back.

When we unboxed at Christmas morning not all the holes were drilled to put it together very frustrating!! luckily my husband is very handy or it would’ve been awful Christmas morning. Other than that has been great.
