My son and daughter loved them very easy to use love the attachable go-kart storage easy stays charged for really long time the feet stops did start to fall off so it could use a better foot steps but overall great product will definitely purchase again.

This product is great for kids! My kids enjoy riding around the house and driveway. We also enjoy the go-kart add on. My kids have told me that is beeps somethimes; this they said was only because the battery was dead, it was taken off the ground when on or it had fliped over. Bought this Hover-1 Ultra Electric Hoverboard for my son for his 8th birthday. He's used it inside on our travertine floor tile and had a good time but it didn't get as much use as I thought (or hoped) it would. Now, after 2 months, one side has just stopped working. One wheel works and drives normally and the other wheel doesn't move or drive. Now he can only go in circles. Just submitted a ticket on Hover-1's website. Let's see if they honor the 90-day warranty. I will report back with updates. UPDATE: After weeks of back & forth emails with Hover-1 that included sending them videos and photos through a 3-rd party file hosting site, and after opening the broken hoverboard and cutting all wires, Hover-1 is sending me a replacement hoverboard. They don't have the "Ultra" anymore so they are sending an "Axle" model. We'll see how it works out. UPDATE: Hover-1 came through and sent a replacement hoverboard. It's a different version and a bit slower but it works and my son is happy with it so I am too. Upgrading from 1 star to 3 stars. ... show more

This is a very good hoverboard we ordered a Jetson and the charge only lasted about 30 minutes to an hour this Hover-1 hoverboard last all day and then some. We love it it's made well and works perfect.

I bought two, one for each of my kids, for Christmas. They absolutely loved them, but one stopped working within a week. It wouldn’t calibrate anymore. The other hoverboard never had a problem. I looked up the problem online and couldn’t fix it, so I contacted the company and gave them the details. They wrote back right away telling me that it didn’t sound like it could be repaired, so I could return it and Amazon would send me a new one. I set up the return, shipped out the broken one, and got the replacement a few days later. I hate dealing with returns and contacting customer support, but they were great. I could tell that the hoverboard I received as the replacement was a slightly updated version (still the same model). I’m not worried about any more problems, and the other one we had is still going strong. They are lots of fun, and my daughter rides hers everywhere! ... show more
