    • I honestly don't know how any horror-movie-fan could not like this movie.
This movie was just so well-done. From the acting to the special effects to the thoughtful minor interesting details which were added here and there. This movie is a work of art and you can tell that the people who made it put real passion into producing it at top-quality level. No expense was spared at any point throughout this movie. My only complaint is that one of the main villains in the movie seems to get stronger and more indestructible as he becomes more and more injured through the movie, especially somehow after surviving a crossbow bolt straight to the chest which in all actuality would have killed him in just a few minutes. That bit of unrealism aside, this movie is basically a masterpiece. ... show more

This is one of those movies that only a small group of people like, lol. I absolutely love it and even remember seeing it in theater and watching it on a crowded Friday night when the whole audience was reactive to it (particularly a certain woman’s death scene). I have fascination with wax figures and this movie certainly satisfies it and is such a fun watch, in my opinion. ... show more

After watching this movie and seeing Paris I engulfed my Johnson in wax, I wanted to commemorate that erection. Currently in e.r. instructions unclear. Recommend Tivo or equivalent.

    • Deeply Disturbing
I was "lured" into watching this movie by a couple of "crazy teens". This movie is deeply disturbing!! Like seriously, who ever wrote this may need to see a counselor. With that being said, it's actually a pretty good movie (horror wise).

Yes, it's cheesy. And most situations are not very realistic but still, House of wax has been one of my favorite movies since I was a teenager. Glad I was able to get it downloaded on my amazon prime so I can enjoy it for many more years!
