    • Decent sound for a little package
This is an ideal poolside/beach portable speaker. The IP rating gives you piece of mind that getting it wet will not ruin this. The sound does radiate outwards from this in a circular manner - not directional like most portables. The sound is decent, clear, but lacking in the bass department and overall volume, though I can't fault this too much due to its size. Battery life has been good, been running this for about 8h's for a few days and even at full volume it's lasted. Setup was easy, though I'm a bit perplexed on why this showed up as 2 devices, a speaker and a BLE device. I connected it to just the speaker, then to both and had no issues. The buttons on the top are a bit hard to see due to the speckled coloring, though easy to find by feel. I like the volume adjuster being a ring on the outside top, makes changing volume easy. The watertight compartment on the bottom seems a little silly. Not too much can be put in it due to its small size. Well, being that it's a Marley product I think we can all infer what COULD fit fine in it. ;? ... show more

Love these! They are durable and water proof to some extent. Battery life is long. And you can pair them together to have them throughout your house (find instructions on YouTube). They’re nice looking and the sound is good.

    • Good speaker - some connectivity issues
This is a nice looking speaker and feels very sturdy when we got it. However, after using it for a while now, I find that there are some connectivity issues here and there. Sometimes when the speaker starts, the sound is distorted and then it takes a lot of rebooting both the speaker, as well as the device it's connected to in order for it to work. The volume control is nice and you can just spin the top up/down for the volume to increase. The bluetooth is also very easy and quick to connect. The battery lasts a good couple of days for us. If it would connect better, then I would've definitely given it more stars as when it does work, the sound is pretty good and loud. ... show more
