Pretty nice little set, it's pretty simple and not overly large but perfect for a small simple bar. Nice and solid feeling, I do however wish the tumbler lid came off at the top with a strainer instead just at the large opening.

This set is beautiful. The packaging is giftable and comes all together in a branded box. The set is matte black. The spoon handle is really cool. I have found uses for a lot of the items in this set that are not cocktail related. I’ve used this set to make coffees, teas, and purées. I have machine washed the tools but only plan to hand wash the shaker cup. The matte black coating seems delicate and I don’t want to scratch it. Was going to get this as a gift for someone but ended up using and keeping it myself. The pieces are well made and easy to clean. The all inclusive kit gives you everything you need to entertain with custom made drinks. Well not everything. Alcohol not included

    • A nice starter Bar Tool Set for yourself or friends!
Nice all metal set from Houdini... well technically mostly all metal. The masher has a plastic head but other then that all metal. Love the black aesthetic look to this though I'm not sure how long it will hold up. Used it a couple times so far and haven't noticed any major wear or chipping. Overall it's simple to clean and the spring can be removed from the filter handle to help in cleaning the filter. The metal is a little on the thing side but not so much I'd say it feels cheap or flimsy. The thin metal can make the edges seem a little sharp (especially the jigger) so keep that in mind when you handle them washing! All in all a great set! ... show more

I'd been looking for a cocktail shaker set for a while when I spotted and grabbed this one on Amazon, and am glad I did. I love the matte black color of this set that makes it both dramatic and quite distinctive from the run-of-the-mill brushed or polished chrome you see with 99.99-percent of such sets. This combo has all the items I need for my favorite cocktails -- mojitos, margaritas, the occasional martini. It's the perfect size for producing drinks for up to four individuals at a time (maybe a bit more) or just one or two for myself at the end of the day. As with other shaker sets it chills perfectly during mixing and has an ergonomic design that makes it easy to handle. This set makes an attractive display item if you have the right spot for it like a drinks cart or home bar.
