While getting into the gym may be hard for some people, this is a great exercise for people of almost any experience level. As long as you can sort of do a push up, you can use this and get good value out of it. When you first open it, there is almost no installation to do, other than to pick which push up to start with. The hand grips make the experience more enjoyable. The size is crazy for how much you can accomplish with just a board. I've used this about a dozen times since purchasing it a few weeks ago. It's great for getting some variation in your floor press, though I image it's not great for every size person. Not designed for smaller or younger workouters as the distances between the inserts for the handles are not customizable to fit everyone. Easy assembly, and it folds up for storage. The plastic itself may break or crack if dropped. It seems a little thin. The handles themselves are the biggest issue for me. They are made of hard plastic. That's OK if you are just holding them to look at, but the hardness of the material gets uncomfortable (even a little painful) when your body weight is pressing down on them through your palms. After a few sets of pushups on these handles, it's tough to convince myself to do any more because my palms are red and sore. Wearing gloves helps a little. It would be better if the manufacturers used a softer plastic cover, or foam-like cover.

I was very hesitant to buy this. just thought it was another TIKTOK gimmick. boy was i wrong. as someone who can knock out 45 to 50 pushups in one drop. this had me humbles quick. the different in hand position make a huge difference. your hit areas you didn't think you could with just pushups. i tried to do 15 at every position for a week straight and ill tell you.
