This pushup board was more challenging than I expected. I was doing 100 pushups prior to the board, but the board, with the different hand positions, provided a challenge to my muscles. (A good challenge.) I have been using it for several weeks and love using it. I have used the carrying bag for trips and the handrails store nicely inside the folded unit for protection on the trips. As I approach 60 years, I do more body weight exercises. This is a great device, easy to use, that enables the body to get the targeted benefits desired.

Ive been doing Pushups my entire life, from being a soldier in the Army, to a Police Officer in the academy, etc. In just two weeks of using this Pushup board, Ive seen more strength gains than months of normal Pushups. Its unbelievable! The design creates not only different targeted muscle groups that normal Pushups just don't provide, but it also has you dip far lower due to the handles, so you're working your muscles that much harder. Im telling all my friends to buy this thing. Easily better than 99% of all the fitness equipment out there.

This board is longer and wider than most boards which is nice. Good construction. The handles fit nicely with not trouble to change the position. I am using this as PT for my rotator cuff injury. Very happy with the product & the seller.

At first, I thought this was defective. I would do everything in my power to do one push-up, but I still don't look like the guy on the box. That's when I realized I had to try doing push-ups on this thing daily. Ugh. Hard work is for the birds. Seriously, the biggest issue I have is with the rubber feet that you are supposed to put on the bottom side of this thing to keep it locked in place on smooth floors. The dang ol' rubber feet don't fit in the holes correctly. Of the 6 feet that came with the product, I was able to get 3 in place. The others either fell right out or couldn't be squeezed in. If you have a touch of the arthritis in the old wrists, the handles do seem to really help change the pressure points, making it a bit easier to do different push-ups with it.
