Not only does this board reposition my hand so I can safely and comfortably do a push up it has handle adjustments so you can work different muscles. Something I didn't know was possible. The product itself is pretty awesome, my only complaint would be to make the resistance bands a little shorter for the curls. The bag was used to travel once and split down the side seem. Absolutely trash. Otherwise I enjoy the product.

Easy to use, great for kids and adults. My boys like it and they said they can feel it the areas they are working on. They first thought they could go straight for the straps that says 40lbs on them since they didn’t believe it was really 40lbs but they were so wrong. lol

I’m really impressed with this 20-in-1 workout system! It’s very versatile and comes with everything you need to train at home without taking up much space. This has a LOT of design flaws which render it useless for me. Firstly, I am 5’8” and the bands are too long for any movements lower than overhead. I’d have to stand on a box to get high enough to put tension on the bands. For bicep curls, the band is slack until about 3/4 the way through the motion. It’s entirely too long for tricep kickbacks. My husband is 6’4” and he’s tall enough that he can almost get a full range of motion on bicep curls. If you try overhead press, the clips and carabiner is exactly in the spot where your bicep goes so the metal rubs your arm on the way up. I only tried like 4 reps and it rubbed my skin sore. Next, the bands are labeled with their supposed weight resistance, but they all say either 20 or 40 lbs. as you can see in the pic bands of different color and diameter are labeled with the same weight. Also, the weights aren’t even close to accurate. The highest weight is supposedly 40 lbs (which isn’t enough for most people) but it’s maybe 20 actual pounds at best. There’s no way to get a good workout if your max weight for anything is 20 lbs. Overall, unless you are over 6’5” and the highest weight you’ll ever need is 20 lbs, this is useless. It went back in the box 10 min after opening it.
