Just got my hot suit in today.. I am 6’2 210lbs and bought an XL. Read some reviews on how the sizing was off from the chart listed and went with my gut. I’m glad I did because the XL for me is perfect. I am a slim 6’2 build and it fits great for me.. the pants are a tad bit snug, and I could’ve probably went with an XXL, but I just worked out in it and and it worked out great. I was very surprised on the quality of the material and how efficient it was when getting a good sweat in. The hood on the top is PHENOMENAL! I’ve tried many suits out but this brand by far has the best and most comfortable hood. It has its own sweat sealer to keep out the perspiration and is very functional with 2 adjusters on each side of the hood. I was very impressed during my workout and look forward to working out in it again tomorrow. Highly recommend to anyone that works out on a regular. I recommend buying size up if you are cross fitting or high intensity workouts such as box jumps and things that require bending to the grown, as the material does not have any stretch. ... show more

I have had a few 'sauna suits' over the years. Although this one is thinner than the others I have had, and I don't expect a long life, between the time putting it on, and walking out the door for a walk, I am already sweating. Despite it being thinner, it is very well built, and after a 2-3 mile walk, sweat is just pouring out, literally. Yes, just for a WALK (Texas)... I am 160 lbs, 5'-6", and it works great! I ordered size Large. I just turn it inside out and hang it up to dry after each use. Well worth the price! ... show more

I am not one to write reviews. However, this is a product that I felt deserved a review. This sauna suit is PERFECT!!!! I stopped using sauna suits that I would normally buy at Walmart. Those rubber, garbage looking, type. After 2 or 3 uses it would rip somewhere and I would usually duct tape it so it can last a little longer. Additionally, after the 3 or 4th use, it would always leave me with a foul smell that I never had before. Sometimes, that odor would stay on even after showering. So I gave up on using them cause of their durability and odor. Now, this sauna suit is not cheap, or at least as cheap as those you'll find at Walmart, BUT THEY ARE DURABLE!! I have walked nearly 30 miles with them already and they haven't ripped or left me with any odor at all. By this time I would have already bought 2 or 3 of these suits cause they would've ripped. So you really aren't spending any more money than you would've to repurchase the same junk product. The fit is not horrible. At first, I was a bit nervous cause it was a little snug in the butt area. I'm not sure if it stretched out of i lost the weight, but it fits perfectly now. I am just overjoyed to be able to use a sauna suit that doesn't leave that horribly disgusting odor and has been this durable thus far. ... show more

I wore this for the first time today. Immediately after opening the package I could tell that this was a nice piece of gear. Comfortable, crinkle free, well fitting, and effective. I put this on about 5-10 minutes before I started my run on the treadmill, and already felt my body temp incease. It had a nice snug elastic fit, I was able to get a good sweat rolling, it was nice. The only drawback was that as I took the product out of the bag, I noticed a fish smell coming from the inside of the sauna suit. It is probably due to an ingredient in the material that’s on the inside. But lefts be honest, if you’re getting a sauna suit and plan on putting work in, you’re going to sweat and probably not smell good anyway. I’m just hoping the smell dissipates soon. Aside from that unfortunate aspect, I’m very happy with this product. ... show more

I'm 5'7 and 190 to 200 at times. I wear a large to xl in t shirts most of the time depending on brands. Like Hanes t shirts I'm a XL. But this shirt does run small and when I'm working out I don't want to feel like I'm restricted of movement. so I ordered the XXL and it fits well and not to much but enough to move freely.
