My 9 year old daughter absolutely loves Hot Wheels cars so I thought this would be perfect for her and I was right! This toy is so exciting and thrilling to watch and to see her get so into it is awesome. It is pretty big, so that may be an issue for some. The noise may also be another issue, as it is somewhat loud. The tracks and curves seem to be stable and steady, of good, thick quality. It also requires batteries (forgot what kind). The cars go SUPER fast on the tracks, so fair warning and they go up, down and all over the place, crashing into each other. That’s pretty much the point of the toy. I recommend this if your child is into having a lot of fun with cars and racing, either by themselves or with a friend(s). Plus if you, as the parent/adult, don’t mind some extra noise and chaos! ... show more

my son loves this thing. It works well and is a lot of fun. Easy to put together. Just know that not all cars will work. You have to find the ones that do. I would say more than half of his cars (he has like 70) do not work. But the rest do and he spends hours playing with this. He is 3 years old

Love this track it has been keeping my 3 year occupied and he really loves it. He asks me everyday if I came home with a new car for it. Just a heads up it does take 4D batteries and they arent included

The set is nice overall and is really fun to play I bought it for my son. But the problem is that this set best works with the car that comes with it. I have tried many cars, but they all fell out of the track very quickly this annoys a lot. All of them are 1:64 scale hot wheels cars including the one which comes with the set. update 01/13/2021 . I have bought pack of 10 cars hot wheels production of year 2020 (there is a sign under the car, letter N comes for 2020 year) and found 4-5 cars suitable for this track, all of them are sport cars, with more or less flat design. So the manufacturer might have put at least 2 appropriate cars with the set and should have informed and instructed which cars work with this set. ... show more

Very easy to assemble. Track is motorized. My son loves this track. He can also play with it alone since the cars move by themselves. FYI this does use 4 D size batteries.
