My wife and I bought a new bed in the fall. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it ended up being a bit firmer then we expected, compared to the floor model at the store. After a few weeks of trying to get adjusted to it, we decided to order the "Hospitology Heavenly Microfiber Goose Down Alternative Overstuffed Mattress Pad / Topper", to see if it would help soften the bed and make it more comfortable. We figured, $50 was an acceptable price/risk to pay for to see if it would help make our new bed more comfortable. It wasn't the cheapest mattress topper, and was far from the most expensive. Upon arrival, we opened it, unpacked it form the vacuum sealed bag it was it, and let it expand in the guest room over night. The next day we put it on, and were relieved to find it fit our new, extra thick mattress (15") without any issue. That night was the first great nights sleep in several weeks, and has continued to serve us well over the last few months. It arrived, on time, with Amazon Prime shipping. It was well packed, clean and free from defects that I have noticed others complain about. As I mentioned it was packed in a vacuum sealed bag to help reduce shipping size, so be sure to care when cutting the bag open, so you don't damage the topper. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the damage people report is from accidentally cutting it when they are opening it. I definitely recommend this mattress pad/topper to anyone looking for an affordable, well made item that won't break the bank. I know I'll be ordering another for the guest room real soon, and will be telling others about my experience with this product.

This is the second one of these that I have purchased. This one is for our popup tent trailer. The mattress is somewhat thin (3 inches thick) and was uncomfortable to sleep on. I had purchased one of these to use on a futon in a guest bedroom and was pleased with it so I decided to buy one for our camper. What a difference! My hubby couldn't believe how comfy the bed is now. I highly recommend this for your campers/trailers. No more suffering with a super hard bed.

Really tough to beat for the price- the good, the bad and the comfy... I recently bought a firm mattress, after my pillow top sunk in the middle... after a few nights with the firm, I realized it was too firm. So I tried a thin, gel infused foam topper (2 inch) and although good for probably most, I prefer the feel of the pillow top. So I returned that and got this instead. It is not as cushion-y as a regular pillow top mattress, but it does a pretty good job. I can still feel that I am on a firm mattress, but it's a nice cushion to soften the blow. The good- Price. This is less than half the price of alternative solutions and I would say as good or better. It's comfy. The material is a synthetic material that doesn't feel like will lose it's puffiness, time will tell, but over 5 nights, so far so good. The bad- It does seem to give off a little bit of heat, so in the summer, or for homes with poor A/C this could be an issue. It also is stitched with rather large boxes. I was worried that they would allow shifting of material and lead to sunken areas, but I this may be a non factor. What IS bad about the large stitched boxes is that after resting on it, you can visibly see the indentations of the padding under the sheets. Maybe I'm just OCD, but it looks funny to me. The comfy- Like I said, this has improved the comfort of my mattress. So overall, a thumbs up. If you're looking for an added cushion to your mattress, this will do the trick... it just may keep you warm, too though.

What a wonderful Goose Down Mattress Topper! I purchased this item after looking at many toppers, along with reviews, and I am glad that I made the purchase. I am replacing my bedding items and really wanted a topper that would perfectly fit my Queen bed, cover the entire mattress, and be very comfortable. This product has given me all the things that I wanted and more. It is so soft and comfortable and feels amazing! Our bed feels like an amazing soft cloud now! This topper is made extremely well and of very good quality. It is thick with just the right amount of padding to it and the top of it feels very silky which helps the sheets stay on nice and secure. I have a goose down cover on the bottom, along with a feather blanket, then a foam pad that I just purchased and this Topper on top. What I love about this item is that is holds all of my underneath bedding in place and then tops the bed off with a silky, soft padding this is just unbelievably soft. It feels like we have a new bed entirely. I also love that this mattress topper fits securely underneath the mattress and has deep pockets. My husband and I like a really soft bed and also it helps with my back pain. I would recommend this item to anyone who would like to add softness to their bed, layer their bed with other toppers and use this to hold everything in place. Also, to help with having a comfortable good night’s sleep.
