Works very well. We keep one in our bedroom and one in my mother in laws bedroom and the range is great, they work literally anwhere in the house. They are nice and loud so if it were to go off in the middle of the night, you can ensure that it will wake you up. The voice function works very well too, there is no static or lag when using. The only downside was it was a little bit of a struggle figuring out exactly how everything works as there are a few different settings you can have, but once i read through the included instruction booklet I was able to figure it out no problem. The incluede use instructions are very clear and easy to follow. This is a great thing to have if you have an elderly parent or loved one to be able to check on them and hear them at any time.

The only reason I gave this three stars is that it’s not worth the money. It’s a cheap feeling hard plastic with buttons and sound quality that makes no sense for something so simple to cost $60 bucks or $30 a piece. The buttons feel like a ten dollar speaker system should and the sound quality isn’t any better than a drive through speaker. Save the money and buy a cheaper one.

These intercoms worked great for our application! We needed to do some work in the tight crawlspace underneath our house. Problem is, our cell phone service doesn’t reach under there. So, my husband took one of these intercom units down with him and we kept the communication channel open, so I could hear him as he moved around. He could also call me and I could call him via intercom with any needed information. Of course, these would also work great in caregiving situations. I like that you can either initiate a call or leave the channel open passively just to hear what is going on. The sound quality is very clear and sensitive. These are lightweight, yet able to handle the banging around he gave one while crawling around under the house, and the lanyards are nice to have so you can use these hands-free.

Make sure you adjust the volume, nothing like wearing you drink when it goes off, because you're not used to it yet🙂. My wife is getting used to using it, so I'm happy with my purchase so far.

🔥Update for use with sensory issues🔥 My autistic son now refuses to answer or call with this device. He doesn't want it near him. I can only use it to monitor him if he doesn't see it. I slipped it in his backpack a time or two when he went outside with other family members. For myself? It doesn't matter if anyone picks up or answers when I call. They come running when they hear it ring!😇 ✨Original Review Left For Transparency✨ 2-way calling? With monitoring? This is the best device for my household! They work like walkie talkies and have ringtones that function like a real phone. I can actually call my daughter all the way on the other end of the house when the need arises. Or she can monitor me herself. I realized I can drop one over my autistic son's head and monitor him all the way to the mailbox so he can go it alone and I can be sure he is safe while doing it. These can even be used to monitor your pets (audibly) while stepping outside for a bit. I often rumble around in our sheds and my daughter always comes ten times or more to make sure I am ok. This will help make her feel more confident in my abilities as she can monitor my excursions and we can both call each other instantly if the need arises. ✨We have two separate lines, numbers, or landline phones just for this reason but even using cordless phones don't pick up all the way to our shed. These have worked clearly and perfectly through trees, around the shed, and up the hill to our mailbox which is at least 300-400ft away. We did have interference in the back of the shed where other appliances & electronic devices operate but it may have been due to a long distance through much walls, vehicles, woods, etc. The call came through which was most important but the voice was distorted. Inside we tried them from every room, closet, and hidee hole with perfect functionality! I highly recommend this. Perfect if you're out shopping, camping, or roaming in the park too. You can keep an ear out foe your loved ones!💯😇💞

Received these in and was able to put them right to use! I needed surgery on my knee and had to stay off my feet. Once we got them charged we placed one by me in the bedroom and my husband took one with him while he was doing work around the house. These made it so very easy to get my husband if I needed him and he knew that he could finish whatever he was working on and then come to help me because we could talk over them. He was able to go outside and to the back of the yard and still had no problem with them. The sound is very loud and it has a very large button, so you would not have any problem hitting the button or hearing it. Kind of like having walkies talkies like we did when we were younger!
