    • Good knives, rusted spot on one though...
Came sharp and good holding block. Like that the knife and handle are one piece. One downfall is one of them has a rust stain on it after two uses. Not sure why it stained/rusted so quick.

I was very impressed with the quality of this knife set especially for the price. I was a little skeptical whenever I read about people talking about the handles being hollow but that doesn't really take away from the quality of the knife. I would definitely recommend this set

    • Good Balanced and Sharp Knife Set
As far as appearances go, these look great with sharp lines and cool handles. I really like how the handles flow into the knives. The block is a nice wood grain and color. These knives are balanced well and feel good in your hand. The cut effortlessly with nice sharp blades. Price point is good for such a good quality and well balanced set of knives. The steak knives are good but not great, with serated edge just ok. I've been using these for a while now and sharpen them every 6th use or so to keep them sharp. I've noticed some staining on a few of the blades but some good polishing fixes it right up. These are dishwasher safe , but I still by habit, hand wash my knives. I'm confused because these say they are Japanese knives but the country of origin and manufacturing is China. Good quality knife set at a good price point. ... show more

These things are so sharp its a thing of beauty. I love love love this knife set. I have tiny little hands and they are still comfortable to use.
