I have been using a rowing machine for a couple decades and was used to the traditional leather palmed rowing gloves. They do tend to wear out and start to tear. These gloves, however send me much more durable, and though they don’t have the handy terry cloth back for wiping sweat off your forehead, they are much grippier and make it easier to hold onto the bar. The gloves fit well and have a nice grip in the palm area so that the paddle doesn’t slip off your hands. However I noticed the Velcro on the gloves were getting fuzzy only after a couple of uses. I can still use my gloves after a few months (I only use them twice a week) but it’s just not as nice seeing the Velcro not holding on as well anymore. They fit well and are pretty comfortable. I have to adjust the strap just right or it can be a bit uncomfortable against my skin but other than that, they are pretty comfortable. I have not been using them long enough to say about durability but for the price, I wouldn't expect them to last forever.
