  • Amazing!
I recently had the yellow and grey version, but returned it because I regretted getting it and wanted to order those Binbok joy cons.long story short, I trust hori more so I got these. Before getting them, I played some games without rumble (to see if I would be okay without it) and decided that I’m most games rumble isn’t that significant. It would still be call if they added it though. And motion controls I NEVER use. I got the gengar version and it does not disappoint. It really looks amazing. I do not regret it, the quality is good, back buttons are a cool addition, and so are turbo buttons. The joysticks are definitely the best part about them, and while playing Pokémon suite of Mario odyssey, they make the game play ALOT better. Face buttons are a bit mushy but not that noticeable, D pad felt a bit stiff at first but then felt much better after a while. Triggers are clicks and responsive and so are the shoulder buttons. Back buttons are also clicks. They are lightweight. My favorite part though has to be the design and color way. It looks really cool and sometimes I just sit there and admire it. And compared to the joycons, the ergonomics are perfect and they even have a texture in the back of them. All in all, I definitely think these are worth it and gaming with them is a whole experience! ... show more

  • Almost perfect!
This was a very lovely and beautiful replacement set for the original switch joycons a lot more cheaper than buying an actual original set of joycons and I will say this these joycons add more size to the overall measurements of a standard switch the way the controllers are ergonomically shaped to feel a lot more comfortable in your hands is very impressive there's a few extra buttons so if you have bigger hands like me you can program the other two smaller buttons to those other buttons underneath the handle parts the decorative finish was done very well all in all these are amazing and great replacements compared to the stock original Joy Collins the only thing stopping this from having a perfect score is that my kids have certain games that have unlockables and the only way for you to use the special items or unlockables is when you place your amiibo figures onto the joy-con that way their internal NFC magnetic system picks the statues up and unlocks those special in-game items that is the only downfall this controller has other than that if you play games that don't require those amiibos then you are golden great replacement cheaper substitute very comfortable in your hands and the way that they're shaped just gives the switch a whole new look and feel about the way the console is but again if you require those amiibos for Mario kart to unlock different characters or carts or even super Mario maker to unlock new playable characters and in game items you will not be able to use those amiibos with these controllers. ... show more

  • Better buttons but weaker ergonomics
I've been using this product for almost 6-months and it works great and has no drift! The face buttons are less mushy feeling than the splitpad pro and the + & - buttons are clicky instead of the rubbery mush ones the splitpad pro had and easier to reach for my small hands. The ABXY buttons are also all on the same level compared to the SP pro where the A button has a bit more travel compared to the other buttons because it's at the edge of the ergonomic curve. In terms of comfort, I prefer the controller handles that the SP pro offers compared to the compact. The compact gives me some hand cramps when playing longer sessions. The nice thing about the compact is that the controller is flush with the screen. The SP Pro has the screen slightly recessed so it looks a bit awkward. ... show more

  • Turns the Switch from unusable (hand cramps) to awesome
The controller is very comfy in my hands that cramp up terribly while using the original joycons. It turns the Switch from unusable in handheld to a great and comfortable experience with analog sticks that in my opinion are better than even those on the Steam deck (I own both). If youre looking for bigger handheld controls for your Switch this is as good as it gets ... show more

  • Comfortable fit!
These are probably the best joycon replacements I've used. For the longest time, I was using the Satisfye ZenGrip Go (which is great) but I grew tired of always having to remove it before docking my switch. With these, that's no longer an issue.

  • Comfortable
They work great, better than stock joycons if you've got larger hands

  • Awesome!
I wish I knew about these controllers sooner! Im an adult Pokémon fan and play Pokémon Unite religiously. I bought this mostly for comfort since my hands are a bit too big for the stock handles. Also, I don’t know if anyone else has had this issue, but sometimes when I’m playing, I accidentally pull stock handles off. After a month of using these, I haven’t had that issue. The control handles have a smooth surface and a nice grip in the back. The button smashing is absolutely satisfying but in return it’s kinda loud. I was afraid they wouldn’t hold up cause they did appear a bit flimsy but it’s been all good. I give this a 10/10. I will say I don’t recommend this for kids, i can see it being a bit too wide. I say 12+ should be fine. ... show more
