Another was because it has no place for games. Did you look inside? It has room for several. Another was because it staind after they got water on it. DON'T PUT YOUR SWITCH OR ACCESSORIES NEAR WATER. Yet another reviewer said it scratched their screen...well how the h#ll did that happen? Its super soft and plush inside. The installation instruction was fairly simple and straight forward. It has many highly rated reviews and therefore worth the few extra dollars when comparing with the cheaper options. The product is so far so good but I did notice a few light scratches after the protector was installed. Not sure if it was due to manufacturing or installation? I've only used the glass cleaner wipe that came with the protector to wipe the protector... ... show more

Amazing piece of hardware! And yes it does chip and incur unsightly scratches but the point to it is to protect what really counts..... the switch! When I start scratching this bad boy up, I have some stickers lined up to take on some worthy real estate 😀. The last case I bought was the Amazon Basics red case which arrived smelling like it had been dunked in a vat of perfume. This case however is so much nicer! It needs a handle and definitely a way to pull the switch out easier instead of having to always having to press on the shoulder buttons when pulling it out. I gave 5 stars still because I knew it didn’t have these things before I bought it so just making suggestions
