Worth of the money and straightforward to use! This is my second heat press machine. My last one is a 12x10 inch press and is still working fine. Need to upgrade to a larger size so I bought this one after some research. This heat press machine comes with a different control box that has a lot of advanced features. You can program three modes into the control box with specific set temperature and time you want. Instead of wasting time changing set temperature and time for different applications, you can quickly switch between the three different modes by pressing the mode button. Another feature that I really like is that the control can record the times of heat transferring, which would be very helpful in a busy work. I was hesitant to buy this machine when see the review about the scratches on this machine, but finally pulled the trigger. Mine is working fine and totally brand new. I noticed that there is a protective film on the mug attachment, and seems the scratches mentioned in the other review is on the film not really the attachment. I don’t think that will be an issue, since the film needs to be removed anyway, as suggested on the manual. By the way, if anyone gets confused about how to use the machine, you can directly contact the seller. The seller support Catherine is really nice and helpful. During the first time of using this machine, every time after pressing down the heating plate, I found that the temperature would drop. I was concerned and asked Catherine for help. She is professional and helped me out with the issue. Turns out, the cold T shirt would always take away some heat causing an initial temperature drop, but the control will bring the heat up once it detects the temperature drop in a few seconds. I tested it and it was indeed the case. She also suggested to pre-heat the t shirt for a few seconds before the real transfer, to remove the wrinkles and also minimize the initial temperature drop during the transferring. So far, this machine works well, highly recommended!!!

Its silent as a mouse, very easy to use and has a pressure gage easy to read. When it gets hot it gets hot applying whatever you want onto a shirt with ease. The appearance is fine design to help keep from having accidents. Its also very durable from what I've noticed. This is a worthwhile investment if you're looking to start your own shirt, hat of cup printing. Its far better than a lot of others within the same market. Just make sure you have a printer meant for these types of presses. They will be reliable for when you need them. I fully recommend for those looking to start their own business

UPDATE 3/2023 - The company shipped me a new machine for free for a 5-star rating. The was not cracked but there were issues: 1. The bottom plate was not screwed into Place (I fixed this myself) 2. The black on the sides are whitish in some areas. (Could live with it - in pictures) 3. The handle on the left side of one part was not screwed in (or it was missing the part that attaches it to the top. (see picture) 4. The screws on top are hot after it heats up so you will/could burn yourself. – Safety / Fire hazard (Can't live with as someone could get burnt or if something was to be laid on top before it cool could catch fire). The two pros are: 1. The bottom plate moves out to do t-shirts (once I screwed it in place. 2. It is lighter than my old press. I understand the company trying to make this right by sending me a new machine (I never asked for it, they offered), but the handle was not attached so it was still broken in my opinion. The first two I never tried out but I would have returned this for two main reasons 1. The handle being broken 2. Safety/Fire hazard of the screw on the top plate. I would not recommend this machine, I have asked that they send me a return label so they can have their machine back. Original post after the first 2 machines - I ordered the first press and the front corner was broken, returned the first one and asked for a replacement. The second one showed up today and it was the same issue. The top of the machine is made of plastic, work on the design so your customers don't receive broken machines. Would NOT recommend it, it's not worth the hassle of returning the machine multiple times.

I only used it on t-shirts as of right now but worked great. In the photos you can see the red one is Heat Transfer Vinyl and the white tshirt is Iron On Heat Transfer paper. It was very easy to use and set the temperature and it heats up really fast. I first placed the shirts on the heat press ironed it without the vinyl for like 2-3 seconds and then placed the vinyl one and was done in 15 seconds. The iron on paper needed a little bit more time but as you can see from the photo it also came out very good (used a black and white laser printer for the print). Looking forward using it with other products, the manual that came with it also gives you instructions on what temperature and type of paper to use for each item you wanna print which is very helpful, but keep in mind some paper, vinyl etc require their own settings. By the way, everything came pre-assembled for t-shirt printing.

Easy to use and assemble! I was a first time user and had no idea what I was doing. They had videos available and good instructions. Made DTF transfers easy and had no issues . Worked as it was intended, all parts work fantastic. I use this product a lot!
