We get all the info we need to catch fish and while bells and whistles and multiple scan techs are awesome, they just aren’t needed. I bought this unit for icefishing. It arrived today with 2 transducers, one for icefishing and another for boat application. The icefishing transducer will not power the unit up, while the boat transducer works just fine. It bothers me that a company as well-known as Lowrance would let this out of the factory without testing. I am going to find out how good their customer service is. I'm asking for a replacement transducer to save returning it and taking a chance of something worse. UPDATE: Amazon is sending a replacement unit, another week of waiting, and it will miss the fishing trip I purchased it for! NO overnight replacement shipping due to a faulty product I guess. This vendor has a no return policy. Not a usual thing for Amazon .This purchase was supposed to be a Xmas gift however my husband bought one before i knew it. Now I'm stuck with this overpriced unit. I will not be getting to use. However Lowrance itself is a 5 star.

Worked well and easy to work. Not sure about the accuracy. I was in 3 feet of water and it said I was in 11 feet. I call Lowrance and a tech told me several things to try. The bottom was very muddy so maybe it wasn't hitting a hard surface. It worked perfect at different locations.
