Assembly was easy. Thats about the only good thing I have to say. My medium sized dog destroyed the gate within THREE nights of usage in the kennel. The wire/“metal” cage part is cheap and malleable as if it were plastic. The inside of the kennel is beyond garbage. The tray goes UNDER the bottom railing of metal grates leaving the issue of having to find a kennel mat sturdy enough to not fold and slip between the grates. And like I suspected, ended up shredded anyways. If I had known it didn’t have a solid bottom base or simply just a kennel tray, I would have NEVER purchased this. Let alone if I had known it was such cheap material that my dog was able to bend and escape after getting the gate off of the hinges. ... show more

The cage is beautiful and the material is of decent quality especially for the price. It's sturdy enough to hold my big boy who's 60+ lbs. But it isn't durable enough to hold a dog if it wants out the cage. Even a smaller dog could break the bars if given enough time. I do wish there were more details to the instructions as they weren't clear and I made a few of mistakes and had to go back a step a couple of times but even then it was easy and fast to put together, and it's just me mind you. Another complaint is that the interior dimensions are much smaller than the exterior, so my dog can't stand up in it completely with his head held high. I wish it came in XL as L is the biggest size available. If you have a larger dog you should keep that in mind and probably look for a bigger cage. But all in all worth the purchase if you're dog is cage trained. ... show more

The was the best experience I’ve had in purchasing a product in a while so far so good very easy to put together it’s way bigger than expected seems to be sturdy quick easy simple instructions and just plain elegant and beautiful I’m so happy and as a bonus it ended up showing up on my birthday 🥳 🎂🎉🎈 very pleased with this product and the bad reviews sound like a bunch of personal issues some of yall have bad untrained dogs and some of you can’t put a paper bag together this is a great buy ... show more

Assembly took about an hour and came with all of the tools necessary. The crate is actually quite large which was a nice surprise. I have a 25lb Frenchie and there’s plenty of room for him to roam around and stretch out. The quality of the table top was actually better than I expected. It’s a great addition to my living room and provides comfy personal space for my fur baby. I’ll be purchasing a second one soon for our recent fur baby addition to the family. ... show more

    • Pre fab holes missing

It nice looking. The problem with this one is the holes on the bars are missing to screw for the bottom tray. They were not pre cut holes. We bought two. The other had all the holes in the right place. We drilled the holes and made it work. But for the cost I shouldn’t have had to do that
