I recently picked up a set of ceramic baking sheets, and I have to say, they've been a pleasant surprise! The first thing I noticed is how easy they are to clean. I used to dread scrubbing my old sheets, but with these, a quick wipe or rinse does the trick. They come in multiple sizes, which is super handy for all kinds of baking. However I do wish they offered a larger size. Sometimes I find myself needing more space for big batches, and the current sizes don't quite cut it. Overall, they've made my baking experience a lot smoother! If you're looking for easy-to-clean sheets, these are definitely worth it.

These were okay for what they are. They warped on the second time I used them under 450 degrees. I used olive oil on it and it is now very hard to get off.
