I was kinda skeptical to even get this thing. Im glad that I went for it. I hooked mine up permanently below the sink, so I did end up spending some extra money on the fittings and stuff, but that was a personal choice. It washes dishes great. Haven't had anything come out dirty yet. I don't have the option in my kitchen for a full size one, so this was the best solution. I would highly recommend it if you hate doing dishes like me, and rent, or just don't have the space for a full sized one. ... show more

The thing only works for a few cycles and then water fills in the bottom of the machine, and start leaking.

Purchased prior to welcoming my new child and was grateful for the opportunity to not wash my own dishes. Mostly cleans dishes pretty well, sometimes the quick wash doesn't wash everything clean. Also the heavy duty cycle stops working 10 mins to completion on my unit. The clock counts down but I don't hear any parts moving. The unit is very noisy, when drawing and expelling water! It always startles my child during sleep and that defeats the main purpose of my purchase of this unit. The spray arm is also not long enough to reach and clean all the place settings on the rack, leaving some items half dirty or worse. It does not fill a lot of large items such as mixing bowls and multiple pots, I have to load and re load multiple times just to complete all my dishes. Other than the noise and having to ocassionally wash the same load multiple times, it does the job I suppose. However, if you can make or find the space to buy and install a full size dishwasher from a reputable manufacturer, I would reccomend that over purchasing this unit. ... show more

The thing only works for four cycles and then water fills in the bottom of the machine and has an error. I’m 130lb and 5ft tall, I cannot be lifting this thing outside to drain the water every time it leaks. It would be a great product if it worked properly

The media could not be loaded. Amazon sent me it in a destroyed box(I live in a snowy area so I’m lucky nothing is wrong with it), it’s cycles are quite long but the dishes I put in came out very clean. The back drain hose leaks droplets here and there but nothing too major or to worry about; it’s most likely due to no absorber when screwing the plastic hexagon into the threading. The sink adaptor is really cheap but effective, for the most part it seems to be worth the money I spent on it. It has plenty of space for a 1-3 person home, but I wouldn’t get too generous with that as the cycles once again are quite long and it’s one level, but I signed up for that with it being countertop and not full sized. It has wonky dish placements(but efficient) and the silverware basket is a little cheap. I’ve used dishwasher liquid in it, and rinse aid and my dishes didn’t come out dirty. It is way better made than others advertised on Amazon at similiar price, because of the space in this it tops the competition. Honeywell is a brand I’ve bought from and will continue to buy from, but this dishwasher hands down I’d recommend to anyone who needs one and doesn’t have space for a full sized one in their apartment/rv etc, which is exactly why we bought it. it is just as loud as a full sized dishwasher, if you’re looking for quiet in a dishwasher, you might as well use your hands. This dishwasher does exactly as it should. Most of my complaints are not of the dishwasher, but how it got to me. I will write another review in six months and tell you how it’s working! ... show more

The setting button doesn't work. There is only one setting, the longest setting. Nothing gets clean. Regret buying.
