My son had very sensitive skin ever since around 1/2 months old when it began showing up. He doesn’t have eczema per day but he breaks out in rashes from any fragrance and gets very dry, rough, red patches on his arms and face at times when his skin is irritated or dry. I’ve tried a lot of eczema lotions because they are fragrance free and yet still moisturizing and some are either too thin or smell awful being fragrance free or just don’t moisturize and his skin was still dry and irritated. This works though.     • Good but hard to dispense
This body wash is good for sensitive skin. There is no smell and it does not lather. The only complaint I have is that it's very hard to squeeze it out of the tube. You need a kung foo grip just to get a little bit out, and then the tube gets all crunched like a toothpaste tube. Other than that, it's a good product. ... show more

This is my go to brand for my kids I trust them and love how great the products are for their skin. My son had eczema and I never had to worry about this making it worse.

Definitely true about free of anything harsh, as ot won't even suds!! That's That's good thing if you want healthy washed. It's just hard to see where you already washed your baby, or how much soap is actually being applied, as it's clear and no suds.

My baby has mild eczema and I recently switched her body wash to honestco. Her eczema did improve! I am sure it was because we spaced out her baths more and started using this soap

I struggled to enjoy this product, it was very creamy and moisturizing but did not see much improvement to eczema. Also did not leave me feeling clean.
