December 2020 purchase. Both videos clearly show gray shelving inside the shed which did not arrive with the packages. Likewise, the instructions make no mention of them. Bait and switch? Also, the instructions are lacking proper steps. It illustrates that panels for top and bottom are the same and even labeled with identical numbers... but they are not the same. One has holes on the top for the roof attachment and one does not. Same problem with side paneling. If the panels are NOT the same do not give them identical numbers like they are interchangeable. Completely frustrating assembly process based on this alone. The fact that I did not receive shelves put these at one star. Waiting for a response from customer service. I would say this is one of my favorite things I’ve ever purchased. I live in a one bedroom apartment with a patio. My apartment only has one closet in my bedroom for my clothes— it is a walk in and I was able to fit some plastic storage totes throughout but I was left with a bunch with no place to store them. I found this mini storage shed and after measuring my patio space as well as my totes, I saw that it would fit perfectly. I am so happy I bought it! It came fast and it easily fit all my extra stuff— it easily could fit 10 totes— 5 totes stacked on each side with some space in between (see photos). I also love the style of it and it looks so nice on my patio! It’s exactly what I needed and has allowed me to declutter my place. I live in florida am interested to see how my stuff holds up to the heat inside of it— but it’s under a covered patio so it really doesn’t get direct sun or rain so I believe it is perfect for where I have it. This was such an easy solution to my storage problem and I’m so excited to have found something so wonderful! The assembly process was a tad challenging by myself but I totally managed. This would be much much easier with two people but if you are handy and can follow directions and enjoy engineering, you’ll be just fine alone. I used a drill to get the screws in faster and it helped. I finished the assembly in under 3 hours alone. Would totally recommend this if you are in need of some extra storage and want it to look nice! Worth the money 1000% ... show more

    • BE PREPARED FOR SEVERAL HOURS TO ASSEMBLE

My husband and I just finished the assembly of the Homspark Vertical Storage shed. It took us nearly 5 hours, and I have to say, if you can do this by yourself, you must have 4 hands!! Two people are really needed, plus a roll of tape, a rubber mallet, a file and a saw. Yes, we needed all those extra things to complete the assembly. Only one of the plastic screws would not work, and we couldn't figure out why. Must be something wrong with the threading. Anyway, now that it is done, it is great. I will be keeping all my outdoor furniture cushions in it, safe from bad weather and squirrels who tear up cushions at nesting time. It's not totally square, but seems fairly sturdy, water and sun proof, so I can't complain. ... show more

    • A Passable Solution for my Outdoor Storage

Living in a small house I needed a place to store carpentry and power tools. At approximately 2’Dx4’Wx6.5’H this cabinet fit the space allotted. After looking at steel cabinets I settled on this one. Reasons: won’t rust in the NW rain, cost less than half as much as it’s steel counterpart. Took me about 4-5 hours to put the cabinet together. Instructions were kinda’ ambiguous. Had to take the back apart and redo it. After that I looked closer at the parts. As mentioned by other reviewers, would have gone faster with another set of hands on occasion. No parts were missing. Actually came with a bag marked “spare parts.” Didn’t need any, but a good idea by the manufacturer. Note: You need to supply the plywood for the shelves. Note: The hardware for the padlock is laughable. Any 5 year old could pull on the doors and pop it right open. Finished product looks OK, not great. It’s kinda’ flimsy but serviceable. Plywood shelves help stiffen it up. Would not want to have to open cabinet often. It will work fine for my tools because I don’t use them all the time. If had to open it a couple of times a week I would not like it very much. My title pretty well says it all. If the thing falls apart in the next year, I’ll update this review. I purchased this unit and the horizontal one as well. The shipping was confusing but finally all the boxes arrived. The quality of instruction and the fabulous packing of the parts made assembly a breeze. I’m a 61 year old female and assembled both units by my self. I had also contacted the company while waiting for delivery and found the customer service to be great. These units were purchased for yard tool storage. I am very pleased with them! ... show more

I'm using this product as a TV Armoire outside under a gazebo. I would give it five stars except that it was missing a few pieces and a lot of the holes were not drilled all the way through. Put it together by myself which was not the easiest thing but certainly manageable. Worked on it a few hours the first day and then a couple of hours the next day because of having to drill the holes etcetera. But I'm very happy with it. ... show more

Nice looking and tons of storage. I had Lowes rip two shelves out of thick plywood (cost about $20). There are gaps so it's not "weatherproof", but I put mine under the lanai and it's perfect for storing lawn chairs, coolers, pool toys, tools etc.. I built it by myself and it wasn't too difficult.
