I read the reviews prior to purchasing and this does come in a shrink type package. I ordered two of these the first one I opened and did not follow the instructions. followed the directions for the second one and opened the package let it plump up then took it out of package laid it flat for 24 hours and the wrinkles were gone and it looks nice under my dining room table. It is very soft and the color is lovely. The rug is very soft and just enough padding. It is not super thick but in my opinion perfect. The other one I will be using in my living area that I did not follow directions when opening does have an area with a bunch of wrinkles but I have laid it out and for 3 days now before putting in living area and they are disappearing There was not a smell like some were writing about it was ever so faint and was gone within an hour. I am very happy I purchased and my advice is follow the directions when opening. For the price these are great and I would buy more if I have the need loved they arrived next day too.

We love the carpet! It was just the right size for our new couch! We have to vacuum it with a Dyson hand vacuum so it doesn’t get caught in the vacuum! However, our regular one is very heavy duty pet vacuum! Either way, very easy to clean, feels great to walk on, and looks amazing! Almost had it for two months!

So here's the thing----I didn't follow the directions for allowing the rug to plump up before opening it full size.....................and I was initially disappointed with the thinness of the rug and the creases in it from packaging/shipping......but then I read other reviews and folks were suggesting to put the rug into the dryer for like 10 minutes to fluff it up.................and let me tell you...........that made ALL the difference. The rug immediately plumped up and the creases are gone and it's so soft.............and easy to vaccum. So just toss it in the dryer for about 10 minutes once you unbox it....you'll be very happy

This is more like a blanket then a rug. It smells bad and is a wrinkled mess. It is very thin and bunches up in the center. It is not rug like at all. I will be returning this if I can fit it in a box. As it was sent to me shrink wrapped. Very disappointed

Came vacuum sealed in bag. Laid out flat and still needs time to settle but super soft. Not slipping on my floating floors. I purchased the 9x13 for my girls bed room. Helps keep the floor from being cold. My 5 year old asked to sleep on it if that says anything haha!

It’s pretty and soft. It plumped up but not like a memory foam bath rug. I had it next to bed but when stepping on it at an angle, the top is slippery so I had to move it. It does not slide much, but I’m still going to put rug pad under it. These are on a laminate floor.

I needed a cheap replacement rug so my expectations weren't high for the price range but I was very unhappy when I first opened it from its tiny shrinkwrapped brick. It felt like a cheap bathmat that I was going to be returning. On a whim I threw it in the dryer on a low setting with a damp towel hoping to get the wrinkles/creases out and it dramatically improved in only about 10-15. It went from looking nothing like the pictures to very nice looking and feeling. I know it's supposed to air out but the dryer trick instantly turned it into a keeper. I would have left a negative review like some others if I relied on the first impression and sent it back. I doubt it would be durable enough for repeated shoe traffic but it feels great on bare feet in the bedroom.

Soft and fuzzy and pretty Color was as expected, sits nicely on floor and does not gap or slip, quality is good, but it’s not used much (in spare bedroom) Value for $ is great. Really like this rug!
