Easy to follow instructions. Be ready to tighten a lot of screws. Wish it was a bit taller but for the price it works well. Like that it has power up top. Easy to plug in printer, charger, whatever else is needed

Nice cabinet. Looks great. Only tiny issue for me are the “shelves” that are made of some kind of wire, not too sturdy and they are not adjustable. Also, the shelves have an edge all around and I couldn’t fit a normal size binder on them. Hence the 4 star.

It's a nice shelf unit. It isn't very sturdy and as mentioned in another review, it would not survive a move to another location. It's sturdy enough to handle the files. It took a while to assemble. Also, the screws to hold up the shelf in the lower right section are extremely difficult to screw into the open spaces. I don't know why they didn't just have smooth hardware that would just push into the open space to hold up the shelf. Will make it difficult to easily change the level of the shelf. Moving it to a different spot, the top will pull off and it will lean back and forth. That's the sturdy issue. For the cost, it will work for me. I really like the charging section on the top. First the bad. Upon unboxing, two of the front facing peices had about a half inch of vaneer missing. I decided to put it together anyway, but it's annoying to spend almost $200 dollars on something I now have to figure out how to fix. The edge of the top peice also is already a bit worn, so I'm concerned about that too. Otherwise, I really like it. It's solid and looks nice (other than the obviously missing vaneer). The peices and holes all lined up well during construction and after. It took me a few hours to put together and the directions were easy to follow. Update - customer service contacted me apologizing for the issue with the missing vaneer and offered a credit for the inconvenience. That they take the time to review their reviews and stand by their product says a lot, especially in today's market. Updated to five stars because it is a lovely peice and just unfortunate I happened to get a slightly damaged product. Thank you!! ... show more

Needed a place for printer, modem and laptop after disposing of a desk and console. This does the job and I like the file drawer and enclosed bottom cabinet. Does not take up a lot of room and the plugs on the shelf for printer and laptop keep wires nice. For the price I knew it would not be a solid piece of furniture but was surprised how sturdy it actually is. Assembly was a little challenging but once figured it out, went together within an hour.
