I ordered the 6 foot version and they sent me a 5 foot instead, which is already unacceptable. It arrives compressed in a small box, and once it expands you realize you did not get what you paid for, but now you are stuck with something huge that is nearly impossible to send back. I went through multiple calls with Amazon customer care only to find out there is basically nothing they can do. You are told it has to be shipped back in a box, but once this thing expands there is no normal box you can buy that will fit it. I even went to Home Depot thinking I could grab a box and head to UPS, and there was nothing that would work. Customer care kept repeating that it has to be in a box, even after explaining there is no box big enough. On top of that, the filling is extremely substandard, it does not feel comfortable at all, it feels like you are basically laying on the floor. So not only did they send the wrong size, but the product itself is low quality and the return process leaves you completely stuck with it.

I love my 6ft bean bag chair and I'm 58 yrs old. I sleep in it almost every night. I'm going to order more covers so when I'm washing the one it came with I'll have another to put on it. That's how much I use it. I flip it around regulary so 1 area doesn't get worn down. For reference I'm 5 ft tall 130 lbs in case you're wondering how you'd fit in it. I've had no issues with the zipper, after opening it you need to allow a day or 2 for it to completely inflate. At 1st I didn't think it was full enough but it truly is. Eventually I may need to add some filler with the amount of usage it gets. Long review but it answers questions I had before purchasing and hopefully helps someone else. Peace โฎ๏ธโ๏ธ

Lots of fun, very comfortable, &love the cover. Easy to set up and the cover is soft and cozy. The only recommendation I have is I could use maybe a 13 gallon trash bag more of stuffing. It looks great my grandchildren like to sit on it as well , Iโm wishing it had a little bit more stuffing. Itโs kind of like when you know you need a little more air in your tire even though itโs working well, when you know, you know, but yes, I would buy it again.

The outside case is beautiful. Soft feel, rich color, good zipper that allows wide opening. The inside of the chair was very disappointing....not comfortable at all. The foam was encased in a durable black sack, which in theory is good to allow the chair cover to be removed and washed while keeping the foam filling contained; however, the black casing was not soft, flexible or comfortable. I cut open the black case to get rid of it and found that even with it gone, the foam on its own was not comfortable. The stuffing was a Hodge Podge of shreds, some so thin they offer no support and others covered in tough plastic. Ultimately I spent an hour weeding out half of the worthless foam then buying a $20 bag of traditional Big Joe bean bag chair poly beans to mix in with the remaining good foam. The final result is a hundred times more comfortable. UPDATE: The seller proactively credited me for the cost of the replacement beans I purchased to improve the chair's comfort. Their consideration of customer satisfaction is appreciated.

This chair is huge, and fluffy, and so comfortable to lie down on. It was easy to slip the cover over the stuffing material which is contained inside a bag of its own. It came vacuum compacted in a medium sized box, and fluffed right up after I cut the sealed bag open and now sits in my living room in all of its 6โ diameter glory. The only down side is as an older, bigger human being, I find it a little difficult to stand up from. Other than that it gets only praise! I would recommend!
