I live in an apt, on the 4th floor. I was using a handtruck and tote to take trash down and bring groceries up but it wasn't big enough and often had to make 2 trips. I debated on what type of a replacement and searched in stores and online. The cost was a bit more than I wanted to pay but I am glad I did. This holds 300lbs, is very sturdy and comes with 2 elastic cords to help hold things in, if needed. I can fit four reusable shopping bags from end to end and another four on top of those without worry that things will fall out. It moves very easy and at times I feel like I don't have control over it, but otherwise it has been great. I have to sit down and pull it towards me to wrap the strap around it for storage, but once folded I can put it in a corner and out of the way. It makes big trash hauls (boxes and household stuff) and big grocery hauls so much easier, all the heavy stuff goes in first. Two trips down to one! ... show more

I bought this wagon to help with our beach items, however it was extremely hard pulling through the sand. I will be returning for the purpose only. It was great for packing and hauling our items as it fit everything we had in there. Other then that, I like the wagon.

I need a new wagon for various daily uses with my kids. I needed something I can quickly fold and unfold and leave in my trunk. This item only had one review and said it was easy to fold and unfold. Not true at all. Upon opening this for the first time, this wagon is not easy to open at all and even more difficult to close. I have to use both arms and both my legs to squeeze, close and hold this thing tight enough to get the strap that goes around it, to keep it together. Pain in the butt. Not ideal to use often on a daily basis. The handle has this very hard to press button to let the handle move up and down. Had to try and try several times to get it to work. Almost broke my nail! Also you have to lay the bottom pad inside the wagon, after you fight with the wagon to get it open. The pros, pulls easily and I like the taller sides to help hold items and keep them secure. Wheels are impressive and pulled smoothing inside my home. If I was going to leave this open at all times, I would probably keep it, but as someone who doesn’t have a lot of upper body strength, this is not for me. I don’t have the energy to open and close this item with this much of a workout involved. ... show more

Handle doesn’t steer the front wheels. Handle just pulls the cart in a direction, and the loose wheels just follow the direction. There is no steering!
