This is our first washable rug. It’s thinner than our last rug, but stays in place well even without anything below it, looks good, and the surface so soft we all wanted to walk on it barefoot! Best of all, it fit in our small washer. We’re very happy with it.

This rug is lovely! It feels very soft and velvety. It is thin (so it can be folded and machine washed), but very durable. I've washed mine twice and it looks just as vivid and intact as it did when it was delivered. It's big, so I take it to the laundromat and wash it in the biggest machines rather than wash it at home. It's easy to spot clean, and oxyclean and most carpet cleaner sprays for stains doesn't damage or discolor it. It's easy to sweep. It's easy to vacuum if you have a lightweight sweeper-type vacuum. If you have a regular vac, just put it on its highest-pile setting (like you would for shag carpet) and stand on the part of the rug you aren't vacuuming. If you vacuum it on a lower pile or bare floor setting, the vacuum will probably suck the rug up, so don't do that! The rug lays flat and stays in place well with its rubber type backing. No need for corner tape or rug pad unless you just want to add those things. I cannot recommend this rug enough!

The rug is soft but not thick. There is no little strings or fabric to clean around which makes cleaning it really easy. It is machine washable but you can easily wiped it down with a damp cloths if something dumps on it (trust me, I already dropped tea on it). Vacuuming is easy as well. The back of it has a grippy material which keeps it from sliding around. I used it on carpet so I cannot say how it will fare on tile or some other surface of that smoothness. It came folded in a square when I got it so it left so decent creases. It took about a week for the creases to fade and flatten. The color is nice. It is a little dull in color than what is pictured but that is okay. Will I buy again? Yes. Will I recommend it? Yes Was it good product for the price? It runs about the same as other rugs but it's fair It seems quite durable but only time will tell. Its being walked over and a chair rolling over it daily for hours.

This rug was true to size and fit properly in my office space. There was plenty of room for me to roll in my chair, turn, and scoot a bit if needed. It didn't slide on the floor very much and was very durable. It did absorb liquids pretty well, but did not stain easily and was quick to clean. It was also easy to roll out, and only a couple of weights on it for a day made it lay flat. I no longer have this rug as I didn't take it with me when I moved, but it was well worth the price.

Pro vs Cons Pro: 1) Purchased the green rug, it is the correct size. 6x9. 2) Machine washable 3) Very soft Cons: 1) Deep wrinkles because they’re packaged into squares and not rolled. Even brought out my iron and couldn’t get some of them out. 2) Very thin. This might be a pro to some, however not for me. Cannot be vacuum easily. I have a Shark vacuum and it basically messes the rug up more because it’s so thin. 3) Color is a little different than online portrays. The grays in the picture are more blue and the greens are a little more gray. Overall: 3/5. Size is correct and might be nice for college students or homeowners with new pets or young children who often make messes. If you’re looking for a thick or a clearance luxury rug, look elsewhere.

beautiful rug. soft. feels good to walk on. gets dirty easily, but you can wash it. the vacuum I use can't vacuum on this rug, which is frustrating. that is the reason I gave it a 4. you would think, since it isn't shag, it would be easy to vacuum, but it wasn't. my vacuum would keep shutting off when I used it on this rug. bummer, because it IS soft and it is a nice rug, otherwise.
