This is not quite as sturdy as the larger Homey versions of this crate. But close. These do not come apart as some do, which are stackable but also can be used as one. This one is two crates only. I knew that before purchasing, so all is well. I also have the larger stackable ones which are super heavy duty.

Ok so, a few things: 1) it took two people about an hour and a half to get this put together. The screws for the bars, for some reason, come pre-screwed so you have to unscrew 2 per bar (I think there were 30?) and then screw them back in. Nightmare. Wish they’d come in a baggie. 2) we love it. They love it. Both of our corgis are pretty long and it’s hard to find a crate long enough for them to not be scrunched up in when they sleep. 3) it is so worth it to get the upgraded crate with the bowl doors. No more kibble or water all over my floor. Huzzah. 4) we put the metal bars in, but I was worried about toes getting caught as they moved around. We kept the metal trays in for support, and but the plastic tray on top instead of sliding it under. Still very easy to clean, and gives them a cool, flat surface to lay on if they don’t want to lay on their blankets. TLDR assembly was a bitch but it’s well made and we’re very happy with our purchase - and so are the fur babies.

OH MY GOD! I JUST LOVE THIS CAGE FOR MY TWO BABIES....I HAVE BEEN SEARCHING AND SEARCHING FOR THE CORRECT CAGE FOR MY TWO TABBY CATS..VERY STURDY PRODUCT....BEFORE I LEAVE THE HOUSE I WOULD HAVE TO PUT THEM IN MY GUEST BATHROOM...BECAUSE I COULDNT NEVER LEAVE THEM OUT IN THE OTHER PARTS OF THE HOME WITHOUT THEM TEARING UP AND SCRATCHING UP MY FURNITURE....AND WHEN I CAME HOME THEY WOULD HAVE TORN UP ALL THE TISSUE AND THE WHOLE BATHROOM WOULD BE MESSY.....SO WHEN I FOUND THIS ON AMAZON IT WAS THE PERFECT CAGE FOR BOTH...THE GOLD CAT HAS A KIDNEY DISEASE IN WHICH HE COULD NOT HAVE SURGERY TO GET NEUTERED, WE DON'T KNOW HOW LONG HE WILL BE AROUND 😓😓😓😓😓....HIS KIDNEYS DID NOT GROW WITH HIS BODY AND I WISHED THAT I COULD AFFORD FOR HIM TO HAVE SURGERY SO THAT HE CAN BE NEUTERED...SO HE IS HORNY ALL THE TIME AND WANTS TO BITE HIS BROTHERS NECK TO TRY AND HOLD HIM DOWN TO DOMINATE HIM IN GETTING A PIECE....SO THIS CAGE SEPARATES THEM WHEN IM GONE SO THAT WON'T HAPPEN....I LOVE HOW THE BOWLS COMES OUT SO THAT WE CAN GIVE THEM WATER AND FOOD EASILY...THE 2 TRAYS AT THE BOTTOM OF EACH CAGE SAVES ALOT OF TIME TRYING TO CLEAN UP MY FLOORS FROM THEIR FOOD, WATER AND LITTER DROPPINGS....AND ON THE SIDE OF EACH CAGE HAS A DOOR SO THAT U MAY PET THEM IF THE CAGES ARE CLOSED....THE ONLY THING I RECOMMEND IS THAT THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE MADE MORE CLEARER AND A BREAK DOWN OF HOW TO PUT IT TOGETHER...IT REQUIRES A PHILLIPS SCREWDRIVER..I LOVED THAT.....SOMEHOW MY DAUGHTER AND I FIGURED OUT HOW TO PUT IT TOGETHER. I’m not a disgruntled customer but I have to speak my truth. I am a person that’s on disability and helping cats foster, bottle feeding makes me feel my worth. I purchased these condos which was very hard for me to do because I don’t have a lot of money and his people Foster you know we spent most of our own money to try and save lives After purchasing this condo a short time after I approach the company and ask them if they would help me out on the cost because the price went up after I bought the first they sent me an email and said when I purchase to send them an email and they would pay the difference it took some time for me to save this money up but there was no time limit not that they had mentioned a personal disability we have to save the price went up and at that point I saved and I purchased two more of these condos I contacted the company and let’s just say they do not honor their own words they came back telling me if I purchased again they would give me a percentage off so they didn’t another word and try to rope me into purchasing more it’s one thing to take advantage of people but it’s another when you take it vantage of someone of special needs that’s just terrible all the way around so if you facts about these cages number one whenever I purchased the first one I had damage when I purchased the second time I had damage the first time I purchased I quickly realize the safety is not there my cats could open the doors of the water bowl area so I would have to twisty tie them down the second time I purchase which was recently the rings in which holds the water and food bowl comes out there’s no lock or anything I found my cat with the ring around her abdomen she somehow got her head through in her arms through it could’ve strangled my cat luckily that did not happen so there are safety issues with these condos 1.) no safety 2.) always damaged 3.) Do not honor their words and try to manipulate you to buying more So with this being said I cannot do business with this company and hopefully you will give a second thought to these issues To the company people that foster in rescue sacrifice so much of their own money to try to help and save lives when you take advantage of that the people that Rescue and foster we stick together because we know of our sacrifices Shame shame shame on you!
