I rarely write a review like this, but I have to say I don't know if this product works or not. First, it arrived in a small box (about 3x4"). In the bottom of the box was the instruction set. The instructions are printed so small, I had to scan them, so I could enlarge them on my screen to read them. The instructions are painfully bad. Not only do they not follow a stepwise pattern to enable using the product, but they are dotted with odd sayings like being able to put the GPS into an old man's pocket. There are no illustrations to show what size SIM card goes where in the device. There's nothing specific about activating a SIM, only that you need one. And there was something that indicated you could call the [SIM's] cell number (I guess), enter some number, and hear the conversation going on around the GPS. Or maybe? Also, I couldn't figure out if there was some sort of storage that records sounds -- does that mean a mini SD card slot? I thought that was for the SIM? Confusion. My sincere recommendation is that the manufacturer, or seller, create a very clear set of instructions, for an English-speaking customer; and list the steps to set it up, test it out, and the various functions that [at least I think it has some] can be activated remotely. Frustrated after an hour, I packed it up returning it; since I can't figure out if it works or not. These days, if you don't have clear instructions that can get a device like this activated in minutes, you don't have a viable product. For those looking, find one from another manufacturer, and see if you can download the manual or instructions first -- to see if they make sense to you.

Pure junk, instructions written by a child, extremely hard to get real time gps. More aggravation than its worth. No customer support, the so called magnet won't even stick to a fridge. Don't understand why this is still being sold on amazon. Do not buy, nothing but a waste of money.

Aside from the very small print on the instructions, they are very hard to understand and complicated. Beware that it comes without a SIMM card which you will have to buy.

I was highly disappointed with the fact that this device is supposed to be used with an app but when I attempted to download the app on my Android it said that it used an older version and my phone was not compatible so I attempted to use another phone also an Android as well as two different laptops to download this app and they all stated the same thing. So in other words I have a device that I'm unable to use.

What was advertised was a complete fraud! Don’t purchase! I am reporting this company for scam. What I got was an empty plastic box without ANY tracking hardware inside. It doesn’t come with required two part SIM cards that require monthly fees to use SIM. Instructions super unclear in teeny tiny pamphlet with tiniest writing. Extra research on product is required to understand this product. No magnets anywhere with this box. A complete ripoff where FEDEX is the only winner receiving money.

I haven't yet converted the Chinese English instructions into American English. Struck me as what you get from a bad computer translation of Dolphin to English. sigh I'll see what their website may offer. Just tedious and frustrating so far...
