In Shipping it mostly the shippers fault if it arrived broken so I will blame it on FedEx the very heavey box was dropped on the left corner so the unit had a Crack in the plastic cover and bent the metal on the inside which caused the screw to impal the coil we went ahead and set it up to see if it had problems or if the freon line leaked which it didn't and our bedroom got down to 63 degrees seems to be working fine as far as the company some of the screws were missing and were way to many of the screws we didn't need so over all its a good working ac ... show more

My sister purchased this A/C unit for me. The box was not damaged but when open it to install the A/C as you can see in the pic's was warped, dented, the front casing was not fitting correctly. And the top Rail had a gap in it. The nuts that came with are long enough to attach the top rails or the side rails. We finally got it installed and turned it only to hear a very loud tapping noise, like the fan blades were hitting something. Very disappointed!! It is HOT in Louisiana so now I don't what we are going to do!! ... show more
