Not as soft as I had hoped. The foam is not very thick and the top layer of down isn't either. I would have loved it when I was younger and not in pain but I was hoping this would help with hip and shoulder pain as a side sleeper. The squares are great for keeping the down filling evenly distributed but the seams are a bit painful. I have fibro and tend to have issues with seams causing a burning sensation and I should have thought about that but it looks so comfy in the pictures. Just something to think about if u also have fibro. Also it had a terrible chemical smell when I opened it. It filled up the whole room and bathroom where it was put to fluff up. I had to leave it alone for 5 days before I could consider sleeping on it. It's in the high 90s in Florida and I had to open a window with a fan blowing the smell out several times because it was so overwhelming in the area where it was. Even now when I pull my covers up I can still slightly smell it.

I purchased this item during the prime day deals because it was a steal compared to what I was seeing on items in store. I bought the queen size and it fits pretty perfectly. Everything was packaged well when receiving the product there were no issues and it arrived pretty quickly. It comes with the foam and mattress topper and it tells you to dry it to fluff it up when you get it out of the box. I washed/ dried and it was super easy to put on as well. We’ve slept on it for a couple of months now and are still enjoying the comfort it has given us!

I bought this to add some extra softness to my mattress. The mattress was too hard and constantly caused me pain in my back and neck, some times so bad I couldn't move the next day. When I first used this mattress topper on that same mattress, IMMEDIATE RELIEF! I no longer experience pain in any position I sleep in anymore. The only thing is I get kinda hot at night, but that's something I'll put up with for the other benefits. (Its probably the mattress protector making it hot anyway)

The media could not be loaded. I was surprise is came in 2 separate pieces. Bought one years ago and they were together. You will have to let the foam pad expand. The pad is larger then my king bed. It hangs over the mattress. The quilted topper is not a full as I hoped for. It will have toreplaced over time. Otherwise, it was pretty congy to sleep on if you want something to go over your firm mattress.
