No instructions included, two rows of lights didn’t work. Each section of the tree has four weird plugs that aren’t marked to let you know were the matching plug is. Don’t buy this tree, I’m sending mine back and sadly no free shipping back to the manufacture and they’re going to deduct 15% from my refund. I feel ripped off. :( ... show more

    • Nice tree, alittle confusing!
When the tree arrived, I was happy with the way it looked. The only complaint that I had was there were no directions on how to hook up the lights. That was a real mission for us. If it wasn't for my daughter, who came to my house and climbed under the tree, it took her about an hour and a half and she figured it out! We decided for next year, that we would label each hook up so it will be much easier to assemble next Christmas. ... show more

Thick full tree looks wonderful had to string with my own lights the lights didn't work but seller tried to fix the problem when they were unable to they worked with me to make me happy will definitely order from them again

We got this last year and had issues with the topper not lighting up. Tried a new topper but same issue. They said the connections need to be in a certain order but make it impossible to do so. They aren’t marked (should be) and I’ve sat for an hour messing with it this year and only the bottom lights up. I’m angry to say the least. ... show more

The tree itself is nice enough. It's not as full as the description leads you to believe. It's easy enough to assemble but it does take a while to fluff out the branches. I don't mind that because a good tree should take some time to fluff. The problem with it is the lights. As other reviewers have also mentioned we received a tree with multiple breaks in the light strings. VERY FRUSTRATING. My husband spent hours trying to figure out why the middle and top section would not light up only to find three parts of the wire that were completely broken.
