I have tried many memory foam pillows for over 15 years and this is actually my favorite pillow. It stays lightweight, full and fluffy, and it is always soft and comfortable! The removable outside portion is washable and easy to remove. When it came is did have a slight odor but it goes away eventually ( I personally wash the outside cover and spray it lightly with Lysol because idk where the smell comes from per se).
