I have been an Amazon customer ever since the very beginning, and this is my first review. Not because I haven’t purchased tons of amazing things (and a few bad ones), just never felt the need. However, I researched pillows for longer than I care to admit, and decided on this one. I’ve had it for about six months and absolutely love it. No lie, I genuinely look forward lying my big head on it after a long day. I am a side sleeper, but flip flop all around through the night and it’s great in every position. Pros: Stays nice and cool, which is soothing regardless of the time of year. Has a sort of quilted textured pattern on the zip up cover, gives it a luxury feel, that breaths nicely even when a pillow case is added. The fill is fully adjustable to your preference. I knew it came with extra filling but was worried it would not be enough. Wrong. It was very full and I ended up taking some out until it was perfect. It comes vacuum sealed and suggests it may take some time to fully take shape. However, I found it to be about 90% almost instantly and was sleeping on it a couple hours later. There was no unpleasant scent sometimes associated with memory foam items. The foam itself is very nice, a mix of what appears to be shredded and cotton candy cloud like. Very brilliant idea, as it is somehow supportive, soft and firm all at once. The affordability of this pillow compared to some of the others in this category can’t be overstated. Oh, and the packaging was very thoughtfully and securely done. If you are like me, an over thinker, I would suggest just taking this for a spin. It’s amazing. I got these in a pack of 2. They were air sealed so when I opened them they puffed up. These are HUGE. Soft, thick, yet supportive. I got them on sale for 1/4 the price of my one purple pillow. These are WAY better for the price, also came with extra filling. I actually prefer the homelab pillows over my other pillow now. They arrived clean with a bit of a "new" smell, but the smell went away after a day. (I barely noticed it with the pillow case on.) Would recommend you try it if you are not looking to spend a fortune, but are looking for something more comfortable than a regular pillow, which will also be adjustable. ... show more

I am a side sleeper. I’ve had neck surgery and now having issues with my shoulders. I have tried so many pillows and this pillow is the winner. The crescent shape is the answer for my side sleeping. The firmness, I added the extra filler day 1, keeps my neck aligned while on my side. I added my cooling pillowcase and I have yet to wake up hot or sweating. So my menopausal self is happy with the coolness also. I did not want to pay $150 or up for the name brand in case it was a dud. IDK if this is supposed to be a dupe of the Purple Brand pillow, or possibly another well known company. Honestly, I do not even care. The quality is top notch. This is the best pillow I’ve ever purchased! I had purchased a new mattress a while back and only one single pillow from another company. My intention was to purchase three more if it was decent. It was, I actually like it a lot, but something is a little off. I recently purchased this pillow to try and I am happy to say this is the most comfortable pillow I have ever laid my head on. The size is just right, the shape is just right, even the price is just right. They are on the larger size, so a king sized pillow case works much better than a queen. I have chronic neck pain. I am forever buying new pillows. Sometimes I think I found the perfect pillow but then three months later they’re losing their loft. I thought I would give these pillows to try since the stuffing is removable. Now these pillows are really oversized. To the point where I thought that they had sent me king-size pillows but I double checked the packaging and they were Queen. I ended up having to buy king-size pillowcases for them because they just barely fit in the queen size and the pillowcases would always end up pulling back from the edge. So that’s a negative one star there. Now I’ve been sleeping on these pillows for a while and they have held up well. I did end up removing some of the stuffing because it was just too much. I’m a side sleeper and when I use this pillow, it does a good job of keeping my neck in alignment. However, the pillow tends to migrate up as I sleep. Or I tend to slip down off the pillow, either or. So that’s why I’ve removed a second star. Maybe if I removed more stuffing that wouldn’t happen, but then I feel like the loft would be too little. I will say that these provide great support when sitting up in bed reading or watching TV. So would I buy them again? Probably not. Am I going to keep using them? Yes ... show more
