Difficult to put together but looks great. The length of the bench is as described. My only suggestion would be to make the width of the bench bigger so it could be used as more comfortable extra seating for reading or when I have guests over. The benches work fine for getting shoes on and off but not for longer periods.

We bought two of these because we wanted to store away the toys out of sight, but make them easy to access without making our home look like a playground. They assembled really easy and quick not like some other furniture from IKEA. This one fell together almost completely brainless a child could do it. It doesn’t look like you put it together. That’s the end result. You can actually sit on them because it has a bench at the top they look beautiful together side-by-side since we bought two I most definitely recommend these if you have kids and you have toys in the living room and you wanna hide them away. It’s very well organized. We didn’t put the inside shelves together. We used it as an open area for all of our three-year-old’s toys. I highly recommend this product.

I had no problem with the assembly. Looks very nice in my bedroom. Moved stuff I had in boxes at the end of my bed. Room is more organized now. I can sit on seat to put my socks and shoes on.i was not sure about quality but it hold my weight well.

Absolute garbage. This isn’t IKEA furniture, or even dollar store furniture. This is complete trash. The pieces began to warp as soon as they came out of the cardboard box. I always use a bit of wood glue on the dowels as extra precaution on flat packed furniture, but the dowel holes on this are oversized, and no amount of glue is going to help. All of the pieces are thinner than you would expect. The final straw was when the can bolts started pulling out of the pieces before I was finished assembling. DO NOT BUY!!

This storage shoe rack has plenty of space for shoes. It also has a compartment on top were I stored umbrellas hats and gloves. It's well built, very sturdy, super cute, I love it. Extra note: I moved and misplaced the shelf. I contact them and they sent me a replacement shelf free of charge with in a week. Great Customer Service

Easy ish to assemble, husband did it and it didn’t take him long at all. I prefer items that come assembled but I liked the description and photos provided by others so gave this a go. Glad we did as it’s exactly what we needed. Down side - if you can call it that, we had to add grippers/rubbers to the feet as it’s on a tile floor and was slipping around, little one jumping on and off as we have up against our glass doors, so a necessity for us to add. The storage height of the bench isn’t that deep where the shelves are, so it limits the shoes you can store in it. Guess we just leave those shoes in the garage, but come the wetter months, when you need boots the unit won’t house them. Plenty of space for slides, trainers, etc. Under the padded cushion you have a storage area, great for us to house the dogs leashes, spare towel for wiping down the animals when we come in from walks, keeps everything out of sight, I like that aspect. Sprayed the cushion with material protection, scotchguard to provide longevity - little fingers, cats, dogs - and it’s a cream cushion so tried to ensure it stays cream! No one large can sit on the bench, say to do show laces up, if the doors are open and you want to close them as the top dips and the door won’t shut. Can’t see that being a problem for us as it’s usually our kids that sit on it to do their shows up. Just happened to be when a visitor came and attempt was made to shut the doors, just waited til the bench was free to shut them. Other than that lovely entrance way bench providing us the storage we needed. Recommend

Cons: Self-assembly required and there are a lot of pieces. Additionally, not all pieces were clearly marked, though the unmarked one were similar enough to marked ones to know what to do. The cushion is a bit thin. The underseat storage is quite shallow. Pros: Holds a surprising amount of shoes & other items. My countertops and floor are no longer strewn with shoes & various flotsom & jetsom. Great organizational item!! The blue shade is subdued, but just enough of a color pop in my small area.
