So! I normally wear a 2x. But i had to get a 4x for my comfort (scrub top). I ordered the 3x and 4x. 3x fit but it is not forgiving in the belly area, so I went with a the 4x. The shoulders and the neck line are pretty big. I am wider in the hips, so that's why I went 2 sizes up. But if u feel comfortable, I would just suggest 1 size up from your regular size. The material feels wonderful! Love all the pockets. Zippers are great too. Recommend! ... show more
