The media could not be loaded. I’ve used the name-brand TRX bands before, so I was a little skeptical about these, but wow—they are nearly identical, minus the painful price tag. This home kit is a great knock off of some of the name-brand resistance training. There was enough band length and easily adjustable that both my husband and I can use. I am newer to resistance training and he has done for a while, so the versatility to change between us was nice.

Cheap is the only selling point. the adjustable system is easy to slip when used, which might cause falling hazard. not recommended for elderly or people need extra care.

I have used the TRX brand and this product is just as good, but less expensive. The quality is excellent. My only minor complaint is the excercise library illustrating the different excercise options is abbreviated and limited. There are many more excercises you can perform with this product. Very happy with this purchase.
