This home kit is a great knock off of some of the name-brand resistance training. There was enough band length and easily adjustable that both my husband and I can use. I am newer to resistance training and he has done for a while, so the versatility to change between us was nice.

I have used the TRX brand and this product is just as good, but less expensive. The quality is excellent. My only minor complaint is the excercise library illustrating the different excercise options is abbreviated and limited. There are many more excercises you can perform with this product. Very happy with this purchase.

So far, so good. Allows a variety of exercises; it is functional; the grip is comfortable. It can become quite challenging. It has replaced several 'weaker' bands. So far, I would buy it again.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve used the name-brand TRX bands before, so I was a little skeptical about these, but wow—they are nearly identical, minus the painful price tag. The straps are sturdy, the handles are comfortable, and the door attachment holds up like a champ. I’ve put them through some tough workouts, and they perform just as well as the real deal. No slipping, no stretching out, just solid resistance training at a fraction of the cost. If you’re debating whether to go with these or shell out for the big-name version, let me save you the trouble—these get the job done without making your wallet cry. Perfect for home workouts, travel, or anyone who wants a killer suspension workout on a budget. Highly recommend!

I would have thought this was a worthless exercise gimmick device if I had used it first in a gym TRX class. I was really impressed with the workout I got at the gym and was happy to find this version of the name brand TRX straps to be significantly cheaper but just as good, if not better, quality. The metal buckles are thick and heavy and so are the fabric bands. Really easy to setup over a door. It come in a nice bag that is half mesh and with a nice set of instructions that includes workout examples for different muscle groups but honestly just use youtube to find a TRX workout video. Cant think of any negatives other the storage bag has the name TUKTOBE written on in.

The bands came exactly as shown. They were easy to put together with nice strong carabiners. I used them over a door and that worked very well. They really work your triceps!
