I’m very familiar with suspension training. The yellow and black 3 letter word company. These look and feel very much the same and is many times more affordable. One thing I like about this set is that it’s very modular. The other ones are all connected in one piece. These you can disconnect a section and possibly replace it with a newer one if the old one was worn out or like glue. The connectors and adjusters are all metal that has a good amount of weight to them. Meaning they feel durable. Last thing you want is parts that won’t be able to handle the load weight. The straps or webbing feels smooth and durable with the stitching looking reinforced. Overall, for everything that is offered in this kit is literally in the 279 price point from the other maker. I like that this is disruptive to the barrier of entry for personal health and fitness. Possibly more people can try out this style of workout equipment. ... show more

I used these a few times and they provide a great workout. They held up pretty well in the door but I noticed after only 20 minutes, the handles started to give my hands blisters. I understand that the handles need to have a certain grip to them but I've used other gym handles that worked great but didn't give me blisters like these ones. ... show more

These are very sturdy and well made, with great instructions. Item comes with workout tips and sample exercises. I installed this over my door pretty quickly (you cannot leave this installed on a door-you must remove it to open the door and reattach when you want to use it). I'm only 140 lbs and I felt like this put a lot of pressure on my door. I don't know how comfortable I feel using this to support my full body weight, as I feel like it might rip the door off! I think with a sturdier or more solid door, or when attaching to a more solid object (they mention a tree, fence, existing sturdy workout equipment), this would feel more secure and I would feel more comfortable using it. ... show more

I was a little hesitant when using these because I was worried about falling on my face but boy are these things sturdy! The door anchor fits securely and I feel totally safe using these straps. My gym trainer has shown me lots of exercises using these and now I can take what I learned at the gym and apply it at home and it feels like your using true gym equipment.
