We searched the internet high and low for 2-3 weeks for a decent bed that will be sturdy enough and in the price range we had in mind, and it was a challenge. All the beds we looked at had bad reviews like bedbugs (dealbreaker), frame with manufacturer defects or very poor quality. It was really hard to find something that I can trust to buy, considering it would be a nightmare to return, and you most likely will pay for shipping if you do. I purchased the same bed frame 5 years ago in a queen size and black color, on a whim truthfully and it lasted us through moving 4 houses, assembled and disassembled every time. This bed we found on the last day of searching, we were tired and bored of looking at beds for so long, and I assumed it was the same as my old one, so we took the chance and purchased it again in a king size in this gray/taupe color. It is probably same manufacturer as the old one, and the bed came in good condition delivered through fedex. All pieces were in good shape, no defects, no missing screws and the basic instructions were included. My husband and I put it together in less than an hour, mostly him to be honest, I just held things and placed screws and washers together. We are really satisfied with the purchase so far and it looks as sturdy as the old one that we moved to the guest bedroom, still in great shape, I would say looks like new after years of use, so I have high expectations of the new one. I will update if things change but I am hoping I won’t have to.

I’ve had this bed for a few months and I’ve been holding off posting a review until I had a chance to use it for a bit. It was fairly easy to put together with another person and it doesn’t make any squeaking throught night from the wood and metal planks. The only drawback is how low to the floor this bed is. If you want something low to the ground then this bed is for you. I don’t know if the bed planks will support a box spring (which is counterintuitive to the buying a bed for not needing a box spring). For me it isn’t a platform as I wanted but overall still a good bed for a great price.

I would definitely say the color is more of a gray-ish beige than a true gray, but it's still a beautiful neutral tone with no weird blue or green undertones that can be a problem with a lot of gray colors, so I'm pleased. Plenty of room underneath for storage bins. For the price, you can't beat it. And it came in LESS THAN 48 HOURS. One of the best deals I've ever found on Amazon

My boyfriend built the bed for me it’s quite heavy for one person, some pieces came damaged, scratched metal legs and supporting wood cracked at the edges and flaking off. If you’re expecting to move often and needing to reassemble this furtniture, I don’t think this will last very long. Overall though, it’s very sturdy. So far slept on this once and so far I enjoy it, quite comfy. They provide you the tools to build the frame, but you’ll. Need a drill to drill down the planks of wood in.

I love that the bed frame doesn't squeak or move around with my mattress! It was a little difficult to build and the instructions weren't all that clear. The Velcro side of the black bar that goes down the middle of the bed needs to be facing upwards because there is velcro on the slats that go on to support the mattress. The bed is super cute and I just love it!

Love this bed! For the price, I wasn't sure how good the quality would be, but I was pleasantly surprised by this bed frame. I've had it for about a month and it seems pretty sturdy and well made in general. The gray is a little darker than pictured but I still really like it. It was pretty easy to assemble but it was definitely a two person job. Would definitely recommend!

Was extremely skeptical at first, considering this is online and I can't see it in personal before buying. The ONLY complaint I have is there was a small pull in fabric in the middle of the headboard. Other than that you can't beat the price and it's extremely sturdy! Love it!

This item was very easy to assemble. The directions were simple and only took a short time to put together. I recommend having a wide open space second person help you as the pieces are long and not impossible but tough to manage by yourself. The quailty is just just as expected and the color is exactly how it's pictured.
