I've had the same knife set for like 2 years and even with sharpening they were Walmart brand so not great. These were only 10 bucks more and much better quality. They cut easily and are easy to clean. Haven't put them in the dishwasher yet but I think they'd hold up if needed.

I don’t really write reviews but this knife set deserved it. Although the 7 piece set set didn’t come with a stand it didn’t bother me too much. These knives are sharp and I got a slit in my thumb to prove it. Definitely would be again if I need it.

The knives are sharp and not too heavy. Also loved the peeler that comes with the set, it has become very useful with its different ways to peel. The color is really nice. Now for the stand. It is Definitely sturdy. But it's design is a little confusing. The slots where the knives go, only let you turn one way. Some go to the right, some to the left. Then there is big gap between the first and second row. So if you're depth perception isn't great, you'll end up sliding the knives into the empty gap instead of their spot.

2nd update...The seller contacted me after reading this and they were wonderful and refunded my money, I really did love these knives, maybe I just got unlucky with the set I got, I do plan to buy from this seller in the future. Thank you! 1st update...So it's been a few months now and I'm very disappointed in these knives. The blue one's blade came out as I was washing it, the green sheath is now cracked I have no idea how that could happen I only take it out to take the knife out and put it away and it's just me cooking. The blades got dull quick and the sharpener they included didn't do any thing except make the blades jagged. I wanted to contact the seller but I can't find a way to so I'm hoping they read this updated review and reach out to me. I love these knives, they are very sharp and I love that they are colored. I don't like it when knives are black or the same dark or silver color because when I'm washing dishes and I go to grab what I think is silverware but turns out to be a knife, not good, that's why I love these, because I can see the colors through the bubbles of the soap and know they are the knives :)
