Wholly smokes ! This machine SERIOUSLY works your abs. Be patient when first starting out. It'll take you time to build strength to do multiple reps. Machine glides super easy & very easy to assemble. I bought mine previously used & it came without instructions. I assembled it by looking at the cover pic.

I found installation to be easy up until Step 4, part 2. Which is actually not possible by hand. The two smaller pad pipes fit into the holes, however, the screw holes in the two pad pipes do not have threats and appear much smaller than the appropriate screw. Making it impossible to do with the provided installation tools. My husband used an impact to attempt to force the screw in, however, it only stripped the screws. Without being able to install these two pad pipes, it makes this workout equipment completely useless and a waste of time.

Works great! Didn't know how many sets to start with and overdid it a bit but it does what it says it will do my abs hurts for days..love this. I love how it fold up flat, it is small but very sturdy. Very good to use in small spaces.

The media could not be loaded. First I’d like to suggest to the manufacturer that they adjust the measurement for the screw holes! The handle bar is off by millimeters and one of the roller bars for the knees wasn’t drilled large enough for the screw. Might sound silly to complain but had I not been mechanically inclined, I’d still be fighting to assemble this. Now that I got it together, the one leg bar is wiggling but useable for now. Thank goodness for warranty and extra coverage plans because I may need them in the future. As far as the machine goes, it’s harder than it looks but that’s normal. The machine feels solid and they included extra pads and some resistance bands. Directions could be a little more in detail but I’m sure a quick internet search will answer those questions. Bottom line is I don’t think it’s horrible and I believe it’s the same as the more expensive machines being advertised. Now hopefully it gets me off my butt!!

My wife saw this. One of the personal trainers she follows uses one so...... Anyway, it seems to be a decent machine. The padding is reasonably comfortable. It does target your abs when doing a proper crunch movement. The resistance bands are ok. Maybe 5 to 7 pounds of resistance. I had 1 issue putting it together, one of the bars fir the knee padding wasnt tapped for the screw. I had to thread it myself. Easier than sending it back. Instructions were almost useless though. Overall I think it will do what it is supposed to, and it did come with replacement pads for the bars.

This waist trainer is really a pleasant surprise among my recent fitness equipment. It's very convenient to store, which is extremely friendly for small apartments. What surprises me most is its effect. I spend 15 minutes every night doing several sets of exercises. At first, I felt a bit sore in my waist and abdomen, but after persisting for a week, I got used to it. Now I obviously feel that the fat on my stomach has become much tighter, and when I wear tight clothes, the lines of my waist and abdomen look much better than before.
